I made a phone call because a ran out of my blood pressure medication and spoke to the doctor's assistant, I explained to her that I've been out for over a week and I needed a refill asap, to what she responded that they would give a refill without consultation which I was ok with but I requested just enough until the appointment. She responded that they would not under any circumstances supply me with any amount of pills that I needed to make sure my health wasn't compromised until I saw the doctor, she insisted in a very rude tone that there was no way they would do that. Jokingly I said, "well if I die it's going to be your fault, she exploded and started screaming at me saying that was threatening her and she would not take it, repeatedly she kept on screaming about me threatening her to what I kept insisting that it was never a threat. Then she started telling me to look for another doctor because she didn't want me there and she can care less about my condition. UNPROFESSIONAL!

Office staff is fantastic I was treated my wife a bum and I with respect and professionalism answered all our questions Dr. Richter well-versed in his field we put out lives in his hands and I refill it for answers all your questions explains everything we need to know I would recommend him highly, April and Robert Perlman

Dr. Richter is great, his Office Staff is rude, unprofessional, and incompetent. They have treated me with contempt and disrespect with every interaction I have had with them. The fact that he has any patients left is more of a testament to his skills as a Doctor. I would fire each one of those miserable hags immediately. They do not represent this medical office well, and the patients and the Doctors working in this office deserve better.

This office has no concept of appointment times. It seems their time is more valuable than their patient's. Be prepared to WAIT...

This office is very efficient. The staff is very friendly. I never wait more then 5five minutes to get called in to see the doctor. The doctor is very patient and answers all my questions. I have referred all my family and friends to Dr Richter and everyone is just as pleased as I am.

This is one of the best doctors' offices I have dealt with. Dr. Richter is very courteous and professional. He takes his time with you and I always get all my questions answered. I never feel rushed. I never have to wait long. The office staff is very friendly and they always remember my name. My follow up have been great - very thorough. I would highly recommend this doctor to anyone!!
