I never even saw this guy and i am getting charged. I got some nurse practitioner smoking while on our televisit and they are charging me for her and for this dr.

This guy is an excellent doctor especially for teenagers. He does not rush to medicate or over diagnose teens. Dr. Greenstien takes the time to talk with teens and actively listen. I am glad we chose him.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Compass Health is so disorganized. Two appointments have come and gone for a minor in need of help. They do not keep appointments nor do they follow-up, but they are quick to tell you the fees for missing an appointment. Waited hours for both appointments, the doctor was a no show both times. If I could rate with less than one star I would.

I do realize that the wait times can be long but Dr. Greenstein has been the only Psychiatrist to correctly diagnosis my adult aged son. He is eccentric and brilliant and well worth the wait.

Shame on him!! Unfortunately was assigned this dr for a family member! Horrible bed side manner! No communication with family members about his patient!! He should be ashamed of himself and get out of the profession! Over prescribes meds that can’t be filled and doesn’t call back to redo the prescription so patient goes without their meds! He is one of the reasons mental health is the way it is in this country! Shame on you sir!

I’ve been under his care for half a year now and have not spoken directly with him once. He doesn’t respond to any inquiries sent through the compass health patient portal. Poor communication.

Horrible horrible bed side manner!! Doesnt contact family members after daily phone calls. Prescribes over allowed dosages of medications and lets his patients go without fixed prescriptions!

Terrible experience. He never showed up on follow up appointment. Not even talks with the patient and medicates. Stay out from him!!
