The front desk blonde receptionist is absolutely RUDE..
I’ve been trying to get into detox and the lady at the reception desk told me that they aren’t excepting anyone right now and when I asked how to find out when they would be she said that she didn’t know so I asked if there was a waiting list and she said she also didn’t know and that I should call there number and when I do they refer me back to the nurse that doesn’t know anything.... and I feel like she just doesn’t feel like doing the intake process cause it’s close to shift change
Seems like the staff keeps stealing patients belongings when they are already at the lowest point in their life and usually dont own much anyways. Its pretty sad. Probably stealing detox medicine too

It is amazing how organizations feel like they can take advantage of people in weak moments. A dear friend of mine was brought here on the recommendation of another friend. He was in really bad shape ended up having to go to a hospital and returned back to the rehab facility. Upon his release he received a bag of his belongings which he said was sealed but there were several items some of significant value somehow mysteriously missing. He said he was told by a rep that he needed receipts. That makes no sense when from what I understand the sealed bag clearly had a list of items received INCLUDING those that were missing. And if the rep meant random receipts of purchase then he is acknowledging the theft of those items. The rep in defensive ignorance essentially provided insight into his own companys error.I would not recommend this facility as they have not yet provided my friend with any real solution or restitution despite numerous attempts on his part. Facilities like this are a dime a dozen seems this one is one of the pennies.
My dear friend went into this facility to get help at a bad time in his life. This facility was supposed to help him but what they helped was themselves to his belongings. From the moment my friend realized his belongings were missing back in September to this very date December 4 2020 this place has done nothing to help him get his belongings back or to compensate him for his losses. What makes this so bad and so wrong is that he had to leave with hospital socks on his feet. The “Owner” who keeps leaving a message to tell Arthur Grayson to file a grievance isn’t helping at all either. Not one thing has changed due to the “owner” telling Arthur to file a grievance. And the gentleman at the facility David Broughton for him to act unprofessional and dare Cheryl Grayson to go ahead and get an attorney.... this just speaks volumes as to why nothing has been done about this to this point. You have an employee at the facility daring a complaintant to get an attorney and the “owner” who keeps advising anyone writing a complaint to tell the victim to file another complaint. A complaint was filed at the beginning of October after the victim got out of the hospital and NOTHING came of that EXCEPT that Ryan Ingram called the victim and told him that he spoke to Corporate and that they would not be able to do anything for him.You can believe that this victim and his family and friends who know him best are not done with this. This sickens me that a facility that was supposed to take care of my friend did nothing but take advantage of him. Believe that you haven’t heard the last of this. This was and is NO WAY to treat ANYONE but especially not someone in this predicament. This is like robbing a blind man while he has the flu.
If I could give 0 stars I would. My father Arthur Grayson was admitted into this facility back in September and came back out without many of the personal belongings he went in with. Included were a gold chain as well as shoes and clothes. My father has reached out several times to no avail as far as getting his items back which is beyond frustrating. Do not send your loved ones here unless you want to deal with sketchy untrustworthy people.
On 9282020 I was admitted into ACTS. The first thing they did was take all my property which included a $600 gold chain.. On 9302020 I was transferred to the hospital. I asked the the nurse for my sealed bag of property so I could get my wallet. Before I opened the sealed bag I noticed the chain was missing..So I called ACTS and spoke David the director he was supposed to call me the next day but he didnt it took me five days to catch up with him.. He told me he checked the camera system but the camera system is very poor and wasnt much help..David then told me I could file a missing property form but I wouldnt get any compensation unless I had the receipt. I bought that chain twelve years ago in another state and didnt have the receipt and he knew this. Then he tells me he could give me corporates number but they would tell me the same thing. The chain was clearly listed on the front of property bag but it wasnt in there..THEY STOLE MY EXPENSIVE CHAIN AND COULDNT FIND OUT WHO TOOK IT BECAUSE OF A VERY POOR CAMERA SYSTEM...UNLESS DAVID HIMSELF TOOK IT AFTER ALL HE DOES HAVE RUN OF THE PLACE AND WAS ADAMANT ABOUT NOT COMPENSATING ME.. They also stole my $100 pair of Nikes and a bag of clothing worth about $70. When I was discharged from the hospital I had to leave in hospital issued sox I had no shoes because ACT took them. After I post this review David Broughton the director sent me a link to file a grievance so they could start an investigation.. WHY DIDNT HE GIVE ME THAT OPTION WHEN I FIRST FILED A COMPLAINT.. It didnt matter anyway because after two months Ryan Ingram who oversaw the investigation informed me that they couldnt find my property and there will be no compensation for my property..Arthur Grayson
My uncle was recently admitted here during the transition period from the facilities to the hospital his belongings were misplaced and they apparently have no accounts of where the items might be. If you as a business get involved with handling the peroneal belongings of patients then your responsibility to to ensure the saftey of their items. It seems to be the case the negligence displayed here leaves the door open for them to take advantage of the same individuals who they are supposed to be caring for.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
