The front desk blonde receptionist is absolutely RUDE..
Seems like the staff keeps stealing patients belongings when they are already at the lowest point in their life and usually dont own much anyways. Its pretty sad. Probably stealing detox medicine too
I’ve been trying to get into detox and the lady at the reception desk told me that they aren’t excepting anyone right now and when I asked how to find out when they would be she said that she didn’t know so I asked if there was a waiting list and she said she also didn’t know and that I should call there number and when I do they refer me back to the nurse that doesn’t know anything.... and I feel like she just doesn’t feel like doing the intake process cause it’s close to shift change

It is amazing how organizations feel like they can take advantage of people in weak moments. A dear friend of mine was brought here on the recommendation of another friend. He was in really bad shape ended up having to go to a hospital and returned back to the rehab facility. Upon his release he received a bag of his belongings which he said was sealed but there were several items some of significant value somehow mysteriously missing. He said he was told by a rep that he needed receipts. That makes no sense when from what I understand the sealed bag clearly had a list of items received INCLUDING those that were missing. And if the rep meant random receipts of purchase then he is acknowledging the theft of those items. The rep in defensive ignorance essentially provided insight into his own companys error.I would not recommend this facility as they have not yet provided my friend with any real solution or restitution despite numerous attempts on his part. Facilities like this are a dime a dozen seems this one is one of the pennies.
My dear friend went into this facility to get help at a bad time in his life. This facility was supposed to help him but what they helped was themselves to his belongings. From the moment my friend realized his belongings were missing back in September to this very date December 4 2020 this place has done nothing to help him get his belongings back or to compensate him for his losses. What makes this so bad and so wrong is that he had to leave with hospital socks on his feet. The “Owner” who keeps leaving a message to tell Arthur Grayson to file a grievance isn’t helping at all either. Not one thing has changed due to the “owner” telling Arthur to file a grievance. And the gentleman at the facility David Broughton for him to act unprofessional and dare Cheryl Grayson to go ahead and get an attorney.... this just speaks volumes as to why nothing has been done about this to this point. You have an employee at the facility daring a complaintant to get an attorney and the “owner” who keeps advising anyone writing a complaint to tell the victim to file another complaint. A complaint was filed at the beginning of October after the victim got out of the hospital and NOTHING came of that EXCEPT that Ryan Ingram called the victim and told him that he spoke to Corporate and that they would not be able to do anything for him.You can believe that this victim and his family and friends who know him best are not done with this. This sickens me that a facility that was supposed to take care of my friend did nothing but take advantage of him. Believe that you haven’t heard the last of this. This was and is NO WAY to treat ANYONE but especially not someone in this predicament. This is like robbing a blind man while he has the flu.
My friend was admitted to this place in September and had his expensive valuables stolen. I would not recommend this place to anyone bad business
They can not be trusted taking advantage of people in their weakest moments. My neighbor and friend needed treatment. I recommended Acts. I took him to the facility trusting he would be in good hands. I was unaware he was wearing his expensive gold chain necklace under his shirt. They stole this as well as other personal items. They have cameras when they admit you yet they say they no idea where his items went. I feel responsible for recommending this facility. This loss was emotional and financial. Shame on them stealing from the weak.RESPONSE TO THE OWNER...He has already filed a grievance. Two months later you finally got back to him saying there was nothing you would do. His chain was never put into the sealed bag at intake. He was going through a difficult detox unable to walk and hold his bodily functions. He reported the necklace gone as soon as he was able. There should be more checks and balances to keep peoples personal items protected. You have cameras but he was told they are too poor of quality to see anything. What good are they if you cant see images to review? This was a huge loss to him. Financially and emotionally.
ATTENTION DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE THEY STEAL YOUR ITEMS My Brother was admitted back in September and at the time of check in he had to surrender his personal belongings which included a very expensive gold chain$600 a pair of Nikes tennis shoes worth approximately $100 and a bag of nice clothes. He was transferred to the hospital about 2 days later and left the facility with a pair of socks and none of his other items followed him to the hospital. I spoke to the Director David on 1212020 to try and find out what was going to be done about the items stolen and he basically told me if there were no receipts then nothing would be done. At that point I told him I was trying to get something settled with him before having to get an Attorney involved he then became very defensive. His exact words were OH please get an Attorney because nothing will be done without proof. Instead of him trying to help he basically told me to do what I needed to do SO PLEASE IF YOU HAVE A LOVED ONE YOU CARE ABOUT THAT NEEDS HELP PLEASE DO NOT SEND THEM TO THIS FACILITY I got the impression they feel they can do whatever they want to these patients because of the condition their in. This is not over I will be taking further actions.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
