List of Alan Iezzi's Reviews
The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful when my dad, Dr Iezzi’s patient, was in need of medical care. They refused to liaise with his surgeon or provide input for post op care. They refused to review his medications to check for possible contraindications, saying we had to contact the surgeon (who had prescribed none of the meds). What is the point of an PCP who refuses to provide care? Additionally, Dr Iezzi never even performs a physical exam. He did not provide any useful insight into my dad’s care.
I was referred to Dr.Alan, but since I been going I never seen him I did get to see different ARNP in his office which seems like a revolving door ,which is very frustrating none stay long enough to build a good rapport. FYI if you suffer from mental health this not the place to be. I never write reviews now I see the importance of doing so and will be sure to read them as well. they won't refill your meds until your next visit which is sometimes a week or two away which is understanding when your waiting for your labs but they don't even show you courtesy to at least give you a 3 day or 5 day until your next appointment especially if it's an ongoing med you must take on a regular basis. and the bedside manner it depends on who you get your visits are rushed which is really crazy because every visit your seeing someone different who don't know your history and that's when mistakes happen and if you have a concerning question about your health they get offended like if your questioning there abilities they don't return phone calls to follow up and when you get frustrated they talk down to you and they retaliate and won't see you or turn you away when you show up 5 minutes late when the standard time is 15 minutes window so I was told. I took the next appointment for the following day. on the way to that appointment there was some kind of incident so traffic was being detour I called and stated what was happing and asked if it was okay to still come in or do I need to reschedule my appointment I was told it was okay since I was in route she asked if I didn't mind being put in an open 9:30 slot which meant I would have to wait around a bit. I was grateful an excepted but once I got to the door. I receive a phone call telling me they put somebody else in the 9:30 time slot. my breaking point should of been when I was yelled at on the phone just to get my results which was so bad I will admit I did cried or the treatment in general from the ARNP. I can't speak on Dr.Alan I heard he is a good doctor which is one of the reasons I didn't care to write a reveiw but you are known by the company you keep. There seriously over worked, not like there job or don't know the true meaning of quality care for others under there care. No One Every Deserve This Kind Of Treatment my dog receive better care at his vet appointments.
Seen doctor today at 1:00 p.m. was in and out within 1 hour went to check out to reschedule appointment for 4 months blood work got told to wait in the lobby and nobody ever came out to see me very disappointed never on my checkouts have I been told to sit in the lobby and wait and I've been going there for almost 17 years every visit is with a different person nurse practitioner/medical doctor did not appreciate being told to wait in the lobby for check out paperwork so I left may go back may find a new doctor haven't decided yet 🤷🤷
I had a persistent cough that was hand waved away several times by several doctors as being Covid, despite the fact I never had Covid or tested positive for it. Dr. Cap was the only Dr. I saw that took the time to diagnose what was actually wrong.
I used to go to a Doctor regularly for an annual exam and a chronic condition. When my Dr closed the location that was near me I switched to Dr Iezzi. I brought my prescriptions bottles with me, which included an anti-depressant, muscle relaxers, anti-inflammatory, & 35 Vicodin a month. My previous Dr only prescribed me that much vicodin because he wanted them to remain effective and not cause any addiction issues. I told Dr Iezzi I wanted the same prescriptions and without further discussion he increased the vicodin to 60 a month. A few months later, after I was at the point that I thought I couldn't live without it, he started withholding my refills pending other lab tests which I didn't have the money for. I had no health insurance and was fighting foreclosure on my home. After going through that a couple of times, the next time he withheld my meds I was so angry and lost all faith in the medical community. I quit all my meds cold turkey and haven't been back to a doctor since. It's been 21 years since I've seen a doctor. Iezzi killed all my trust in them.
Definitely 100% he cares about his patients . Treats everyone with respect .
Dr Iezzi is personable, kind, compassionate & competent. While thorough, he treats you as an individual, is thorough & takes the time to explain any concerns as well as commenting on the positive aspects of your health. His office staff is also personable & efficient. Kerry & Renata are always ready with a smile & a personal touch that puts you at ease & makes you feel welcome & comfortable.
Been my family Dr for years. Now my children go here
Treated me well.
Very terrible doctor. Husband used to go there because his parents did. First visit I attended with him I noticed how incompetent he was. We went for an allergy problem and he thought my husband was just sick so he didn't want to prescribe any medications. After another visit I was done with him. My husband has a muscle issue in his shoulders and "Dr" iezzi couldn't diagnose it or even give us a referral to another Dr. How are you a primary and can't even do the one thing you're there for?

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
