These people have the bad customer service. They don’t help you when you need help. They don’t have no respect for their clients. They always put you and hold and hang up on you. I don’t recommend anybody go see this doctor or any stuff working there they have bad attitude

As a health care provider myself I usually have very high expectations when I go somewhere health related. And this office exceeds my expectations every time. I have been taking my daughter since she was 2 and my son started as a newborn. The office is always clean. They are extremely accommodating, when the kids are sick they try to get me in the same day which is the most important thing for me. Dr.Albanna is always kind and caring, the kids actually have mentioned to me how much they like going there and how nice he is. I appreciate everything they do and I can’t recommend this place enough.

If I could leave more than 5 stars I would. They are wonderful and Dr.Albanna is a great pediatrician. I have been going to them for 4 years now, they stated treating my daughter at 2 years old and my son as a new born. Every time I have gone it has been a great experience. When my kids are sick I just have to call and the give me an appointment quick. It does not feel like a whole adventure going to them which is how most pediatricians offices are. The office is always clean and presentable. They see me right away and Dr.Albanna has the best bed side manner out of all the doctors I have ever met. My kids actually like going there because they feel kindly treated. I can’t recommend this office enough. Thank you for walkways providing great service.

I was recommended by a good friend . She raved on and on about how convenient and accommodating the doctor and staff are. Well she was 100% correct! 😁 I couldn't be more comfortable and confident in my Grandchildren's New primary Care!! The price being unbeatable is also a plus!!

Albanna is one of the best pediatricians I have seen in a long time. It always helpful and nice to my son since he was born. Really awesome around kids. Calls me back the same day and answers all my inquiries and doubts even via text message. The kinda doctor you'll invite to a BBQ party haha! Thanks for all you do!

if I could leave zero stars I would. This man is very argumentative due to the fact he misdiagnosed my daughter with the wrong antibiotics which made her more sick and didn't treat the actual problem she had. he never took a urine sample or anything of the sort to see what was wrong with her. she ended up being even more sick longer than she would have if she were properly diagnosed. So i had to rush her to the hospital because her fever was so bad and wouldn't go away and she was throwing up everything but water and the hospital stated they didn't understand why dr. Albanna prescribed these antibiotics for her as they were only making her worse and not helping the actual problem she has. So when I called dr. albanna to let him know this he then called me back later on his personal cell phone accusing the tampa general hospital of lying and saying they were wrong that I could either believe him or the hospital started talking over me being extremely rude when all I'm doing is being a concerned parent. I had to hang up on him because of his rude and childish behavior over him not properly diagnosing my child two different times which sent her into the ER and missed a week of school when all of this could have been avoided if he would have taken the time to get a urine sample and see what was wrong with her. I do not recommend anyone bringing their children to be seen by this doctor he is not thorough in checking all the problems and making sure he is correctly diagnosing and prescribing children correct antibiotics and doesn't care to explain why he misdiagnosed my child. he tries to get you in and out of his office as fast as possible making it seem as if 5 mins in and out is enough time to truly understand the symptoms and explain what he thinks is wrong and how to treat it. These are our children here is more worried about making money off of instead of truly helping them. Had I not taken her to the ER it would have been way worse when we could have avoided the ER all together had he done his job properly.

Dr. Albanna has been our family’s doctor for many decades. He’s very caring and takes the time to get to know you and help you with anything.

From Treating All His Patients As If They Were His Very Own. To That Of Aiding New Aspiring Doctors/Pediatricians In His Replica, As They Come In To Shadow His Work To See What Being A Pediatrician Is Like First Hand. Not Only Is He Passionate But He Truly Is An Inspiration To The Generations To Come. He Is Personable And On Call When/If He Is Needed. If Ever A Referral Is Needed For A Specialist Whether It’s An Allergy Dr., Orthodontics, Autism Developmental Pediatrician And Many More. He’ll Refer You To Someone Just Like Him, Who Goes Above And Beyond For Their Patients. I Would Recommend Him To Any Family Whose Seeking Compassion And Looking For A Pediatric Doctor To Care For Their Children While Staying On Top Of Their Health. His Staff Is Exemplary And His Office Is Most Certainly Worth The Commute !
