Did not have a visit. Simply called from medical office to medical office to verify patient information and staff was very rude. Considering it is only the 3rd day of the year, whoever answered my call was having a very bad one. Claimed they "could not do anything" for the patient. I said thank you after they very unpleasantly provided me office info and they made sure to slam the phone down when hanging up without a thank you.

Booked an appointment here because the location was great but the office staff was very ehh. Place is lacking some love and attention, chairs are old, little tv & old magazines. Overall bad energy, I walked out without filling out my paperwork because I felt uncomfortable there

I called to make an appointment for 4 fam members, receptionist was argumentative and proceeded to tell me the doctor does not take families on the same day, eventhough the request was for their own appointment time. I also ask about a little background and the receptionist responded, 'why?" Unprofessional in the 21 century. I'm glad I didn't select this place for my and my families healthcare needs. Beware.

I been a patient of Dr Rodriguez since 2020 when I move to Tampa I have nothing bad to say about this doctor. He is a good old fashion doctor, and I like that. He’s very professional and caring.. about the people in the offices, I think they are professional and friendly. I’m staying with him as my doctor.

Very poor customer service. Everyone has an attitude. The Dr. doesn’t listen at all. My mom has had trouble sleeping for 5 weeks and instead of trying a new medication he tells her to go to the hospital because “he doesn’t prescribe stronger things when CLEARLY what is being prescribed DOES NOT WORK! Extremely unprofessional as well. Just because you work long hours does not excuse disrespect.

I would never recommend this primary doctor to anyone asking for help. Whenever I have seen him in the past, he is extremely rude, has no empathy, doesn't listen and will just tell you to go buy over the counter medication. The only reason i saw him recently was because im waiting to get into see a new primary

This doctor and the whole office is very unprofessional. They always have slight attitude and the doctor has NEVER made me feel comfortable at all. I will never go back to this doctor’s office. I’ve been waiting for results for over this week with NO answer from anyone in the office, yes in the business hours. I then get yelled at when I tell them that is very unprofessional. I would not recommend anyone to this office, they do not actually care for any of their clients. Also, YOU ARE A DOCTOR!! Button up your shirt, nobody wants to see your chest hair it’s very diturbing. Just the worst experiences ever.

Dr Albert Rodriguez is extremely rude, doesn't listen, and basically acts like he doesn't want to even do his job of being a doctor to help people. I would never recommend this doctor

IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE, YOU WILL NEVER GO TO THIS DOCTOR! He won't sign a Covid vaccine vulnerability form that you qualify for unless you PAY HIM a doctor fee for a visit. I don't have an extra $75, nor should I pay him for a visit that is completely irrelevant. I already have these pre-existing conditions. His phone receptionists lied multiple times and is very rude! He never returned my calls. His receptionist refused to let me talk to him and told me to find another doctor and hung up on me. When I called back, she said to not call back again. My Insurance provider has NEVER heard this kind of horrible treatment to a medically vulnerable patient who needs the vaccine. ZERO STARS!
