I couldnt even get an appointment made. Dr. Alberto is the one who called me back and he was by far the rudest person I have ever spoken to. He refused to allow me to make an appointment. He made every excuse not to. Originally asked the issue then said he didnt have anything available until the beginning of August when I advised that was okay he said No its to far out Then when I again advised it was fine he said he didnt take the insurance even though I advised I work for the company and he WAS indeed contracted with the policy. He then said he had a 10 am available and I asked what the LATEST available was and he then said I was confrontational and that he would refuse to see the patient. AND THEN hung up on me. I IN FACT did reach out to his provider advocate though and advised them that he is telling people he does not take the policies he is in fact contracted with. DO NOT go see this Dr. He clearly does not want to do his job. Why would you want someone like that working on it.
