I was denied a visit due to my mothers case being too complex. I was also informed that he does not participate with Bay Care. St. Joseph hospital. In addition they failed to call to cancel appointment due to weather I drove half hour with my mom to find the office was closed. They claim they called and left message. no missed calls no message was left. Very unprofessional and based on the reason why they could not see my mom incompetent.
