Allen Chudzinski's Online Review Report Card

I used to see Dr. Chudzinski from 2018-2020. He is an excellent Dr. He moved from FL. Hospital to Tampa General Hospital and I could not find where he went for some time. I finally located him and for the life of me I cannot get an appointment. I have been working on this for at least a month. Advent tells me they sent my records twice and my primary doctor has sent a referral, but this woman by the name of Mary says she hasn't received my records and cannot give me an appointment without them. The real kicker here is I have been a patient to Tampa General in earlier years. I saw Dr. Marcet in 2011 and before I found Dr. Chudzinski in 2018 another Dr. at Tampa General, so they know my condition. Dr. Chudzinski if you read this can you please give me an appointment to see you. Mary says you won't remember me, but we had a very good rapport. My husband Dave use to come in with me. He worked on a tugboat out of Tampa, and you had a friend that also worked at Port Tampa. If it wasn't for your help, I would probably have a colostomy bag at this point.

Very happy with our experience with Dr. Chudzinski and his team. He explained what he was going to do very well and he and his team were very patient with our questions. A huge Thank You to Dr. Chudzinski and his team! Follow up care with Kristen was great. She was fantastic!

Dr.Chudzinski seemed knowledgeable and friendly. His office staff was horrible! They never asked about our insurance coverage. It took weeks just to make a appointment for a consultation. We waited to see him for a consultation about 6 weeks then scheduled surgery another 6 weeks then the day before surgery they call and ask about insurance. We had to cancel surgery due to out of network. Now to see another dr. In network another 6 weeks. I wish we could have been informed. The appointment person was so rude to my son. He is 22 years old and doesn't know how the medical systems work. She told him that he should be grown up enough to make calls for himself. Office staff Rude!!!! And unintelligent!! Incompetent! Very difficult to even make an appointment. Don't waste your time!!

He and his team are very dedicated to excellence, professionalism, skill, and kindness. I felt at ease in their care. The surgery he did helped me greatly!

On November 10, 2022 I had a colonoscopy reversal. I am a patient with multiple issues including lung problems. Dr. Chudzinski was highly skilled, professional and successful. I would recommend his services to anyone and everyone.

My husband just had cancer removed from colon, the doctor fixed his hernia, his mesh, and all the adhesions from his previous liver transplant. He is highly skilled and the best bedside manner. Worst bedside manner I have every experienced staff was good doctor aweful I could hear him loud as day talking to a nurse about my medical needs in the hallway for everyone to hear before he came in to introduce himself. And what I had was extremely painful and personal and scary so that was the LAST THING I wanted he put me off with non sense test after test over the course of 2 months while I had a life threatening complication he refused to surgically correct. Insisted I had a disease and wrote me off. After one tests and a month later him wanting me to go do another test and proably wait another month to see him I said he’ll no I was in so much pain which he also didn’t care about one but no meds NOTHING. I went on to see A FANTASTIC DOCTOR IN CLEARWATER DR LOURDES SANTIAGO COLORECTAL SURGEON I SAW HER FEB she had me in surgery feb 26 and would have had me in a week sooner if I could have. She healed me with 2 surgeries over a few months and that was it no medicine for the rest of my life and some diesease. If I would have listened and waited for dr chudunski I could have died from serious infections. Heed the warning steer clear of this place.

Never got to meet the doctor because the front office is absolutely HORRIBLE. The first person I spoke with was completely incompetent's. Sweet-- but had no idea what she was doing and asked the same question 2-3 times. She took my insurance information and asked why i needed to see a doctor-- then told me someone would call me to schedule an appointment? The second lady I spoke with Mary-- holy hell she was rude. Had to of been a northerner. She would interrupt and interject every 3 seconds to tell me "that doesn't matter". She made the point to tell me she didn't know if my insurance would cover because she didn't know if I was in network. I told her my insurance company SENT me to her because the doctor was in network and she told me that didn't matter lol!. I had to eventually hang up on the lady because she just wanted to hear herself talk. Dr. Chudzinski you MAY be the best Surgeon in the area-- but I bet half the people who try to make an appt with you will NEVER know- because they cant make it past your staff!

Worst surgeon ever. Rude to his scrub techs and disrespectful. When he don't get his way he throws a fit. Would not recommend having surgeon from this guy.
