List of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology Associates Of South Tampa Bay's Reviews
I had my first appointment with Dr. Pepper today and I was very happy with how things went. I made a mistake with the appointment time and showed up a bit late and she was still able to see me, which I appreciate very much. On top of that, her medical assistant was incredible! He was very friendly and made the visit a lot more comfortable. Dr. Pepper took the time to listen to my concerns and helped come up with a plan to help start solving some of my health issues. I felt heard as a patient and there was little to no wait time.
The front desk ladies are incredibly rude. And on top of that, I followed through with their refill procedure online and then the second time I did it again, asked for them to call me when it was filled and I heard nothing. I then called the office and left a message multiple times and heard nothing. Finally had to have my pharmacy contact them and I got a call from them saying that the accidentally deleted my voicemail. It was ridiculous. I would not recommend this place at all.
The doctors here a great. Dr Glaum is wonderful! BUT the current issue is that when you call either office location no one answers at all, and it’s during business hours. You have to leave a voice mail each time. Ive called multiple times. I’ve been leaving messages for a prescription that needs authorization from insurance. I am almost out. No one had returned my calls in two days. I might need to switch doctors due to these issues with the office staff The call answering process/service really needs work. People do not call back timely, and it tells you it might take a while or your doctor might not be working this day. Then sometimes you call and you get a different service that supposedly pages an on call doctor but makes you all twice because “policy” states they cannot help you or page a doctor until the patient has called twice. The answering service options are really terrible. A whole week will go by and no one will return your call.
Excellent facility. Great medical professionals. No complaints.
I've had a challenging time finding the right pediatric allergist in the Tampa area for my son, who has nut and other allergies. How refreshing to meet Dr. Pepper and her staff, all of whom were professional, organized and kind. Dr. Pepper was timely, thorough, interested and listening, and I feel confident she is taking steps to understand how to best treat my son. Even my little guy commented how nice everyone was! We welcomed an intern to observe, and I was impressed with the time and respect the doctor showed her, as well. What a relief I feel to have found Dr. Pepper and her team.
Saw Dr. Pepper for the first time. A very personable lady who appears to be listening well and who hopefully came up with a solution to my very ancient problem.
Originally I gave the office 3 stars, but changing to 5 stars. Within a day of the origins l review the office politely called me to talk about any issues I’ve had in the past and reassured me that if I ever have issues again they will handle them. —————— I’ve been going to this same location for over a year now. Dr. Pepper is absolutely amazing, but I share the same opinion as the other reviews about the office staff.
Very professional. They had insurance cost and my cost ready. Saw doctor within 20 minutes of arriving.
This review is of Dr Glaum. He great. Professional, patient and attentive. Excellent allergist.
Called to schedule an appointment and got one, yay! But showed up and I wasn't in their system. Someone had dropped the ball on their end. They still turned me away.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
