Didn’t connect with Dr Greenwald at all. No warmth, knowledgeable but no bedside manner. And to make matters worse, her billing person(Carol) started out polite with me but became quite rude, interrupted me constantly, and basically just argued when I had called to try to resolve a billing problem. I was a patient there, was trying to resolve an issue, and deserved to be treated better. Don’t recommend these people at all and of course, will never go back.

I've been to Dr. Greenwald for a variety of what I consider normal-type stuff. At every visit, she has proven to be an excellent doctor and communicator. Dr. Greenwald behaves as caring, forthcoming, competent... I have a lot of confidence in Dr. Greenwald and am happy to recommend. And her staff is up to Dr. Greenwald's standards as well.
