The office sent me text message to confirm appointment, mind you I am a new patient, I confirm. Day of appointment get to location and doctor is not in office. Text sent wrong location.
If you have any gastrointestinal issues you should think long and hard about using this doctor, and his office. Their communication skills are not only lacking, they're nonexistent. After multiple attempts over the period of several months to reschedule a colonoscopy in the hopes of identifying the cause of a reoccurring abscess that had became deadly, the doctor and his office only decided to get back in contact with me after my family and I made the decision to seek assistance from another healthcare provider. While I do not wish to speculate on the doctor's motives I can tell you from my own personal experience the impression that I got from my initial visit and the subsequent issues with scheduling a procedure that they apparently did not want to pursue was that as far as I was concerned, the patient is better off dead than a burden on the system.
When you try to schedule an appointment, be prepared to wait 3 months to be seen. Then the week before your appointment you will get a call saying that he is not working the day of your appointment with no other elxplanationa and you must reschedule for another 3 months out, in another city, with another doctor. Dont forget they will need a new referral after all this time with the new doctor's name on it. Sorry for your suffering.
Got me in fast when other gastro were half a year waiting list, very thankful for that to end suffering sooner! Procedure went fine good bedside manner- treating me affectingly with diagnosis. No issues here.
I arranged a new patient appointment for a family member. Staff (Belen sp?) was courteous and helpful and professional, as was Dr. Alsaleh. He was attentive to patient's needs and answered all our questions clearly and kindly. We are lucky to have found him.
Were do I begin... Long story shore Dr. Anas Alsaleh has cancelled on me not one, not two, not three but FOUR times. I have been waiting for an appointment since March. When I finally got seen, I was in the office for literally 3 minutes and he told me he couldn't do anything till I got my blood tested. Ok so here we go another 3 months to be seen to go over blood work and then I got a call today that they are cancelling on me yet again! So they want to push me out another 2 months because the doctor has a conflict. Like how many conflicts can you have?!! If I was this doctor I would do everything I could to squeeze me in because he had cancelled on me so many times in the past. Nope not this guy. Today I move doctors which is super inconvenient and unfortunate. Do better.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
