I worked under this Doctor for almost 2 years. I never thought I’d have to write a bad review but what I experienced during a medical emergency is something no one should ever have to go through. I had a miscarriage on April 11th, 2023. And during that time I was at work practically the entire day. I had to send my supervisor (Julie Loftin) two text messages to let her know I wasn’t feeling well so I could leave early, given I was vulnerable with everyone that morning about what was going on since it was the very start to it. I was finally able to leave work early at 3 (I leave for the day at 5) I communicated with my supervisor letting her know what was going on at 11am with no response, which lead to me texting her again around 2:30pm. The next day I had to call into work because my symptoms continued to get worse. I receive a missed call around 9am from Dr. Tordini and a text message telling me to call her back. I called her back and immediately she calls me unprofessional for not being able to work on the busiest days of the week, says that I should’ve given a notice, and that I also should’ve made a way to bring in records for that day (although they could’ve been reprinted). As a doctor it’s very unprofessional on her behalf to not acknowledge everything that I was going through. I’m not surprised given the fact that she speaks behind patients while they are in the office outside of the room and when they leave. I wouldn't recommend anyone to Dr. Tordini whether it’s to see her for professional care or to be an employee. She has high expectations for her workers when she fails to show it herself.

My 3 yrs experience with Dr Tordini has been excellent. She is very thorough, takes her time, answers questions and explains everything very well. Her entire staff has been extremely helpful with scheduling at her office, out patient and even at St Jo when I was having difficulty scheduling a test. Would recommend her and her office to anyone.

Most any doctor can treat a patient but Dr. Tordini is a true healer! I wish I had been referred to her in 2019.

Initial Consultation was clear and convincing. Dr Tordini clearly explained the process, risks, and potential benefits to me and my wife, and the decision to proceed was easy. The support staff was efficient, informative, and caring. Particular thanks to recovery Nurse Jodi, who made the recovery time easier if not enjoyable!
