Anjum Kumbkarni's Online Review Report Card

This was the first time that my 87-year old Mom needed an Endocrinologist. We were treated so respectfully and Dr. Kumbkarni's bedside manner was so calm and non-rushing. Truly amazing! In our experience, the office staff was very polite and professional as well. I cannot express enough of how much he listened to our concerns for my Mom and helped us problem-solve her medical needs with true empathy and professionalism.

Hands down the best doctor and staff I have ever seen. Ariana (sp) in pre-auth is so patient and kind and didn’t give up when dealing with my ins when others would have. Dr. K is supportive and amazing - and funny lol. Highly recommend.

The standard of service has gone down hill for the past 2-3 years. Staff lack empathy and regularly drop the ball with re-prescriptions. The latest occasion was the final straw for me. Due to staff negligence I am without essential meds for 2 months after taking blood works. Now I’m told I have to do new blood works and set up a follow up so I can get a refill! No apology for poor communication, zero accountability and devoid of common decency. I should note that the doctor is great, but his staff really let him down.

Excellent care on all levels and by all personnel. Fortunate to have been referred here. Got my A1c under control in no time. Keeping me healthy

Dr. Kumbkarni is a soft spoken, kind and caring doctor with a great bedside manner. He cares about his patients and makes their healthcare needs his number one concern. I’ve been a patient of his for about 5 years now and I can’t think of anything negative to share. The staff are polite and helpful to work with. If you’re looking for an Endocrinologist Dr. Kumbkarni is an excellent choice.

Office staff is efficient, in and out, drs are awesome, direct and straight to the point. Love them!

I have been a patient for over 20 years. I would never see anyone else. He is the kindest most knowledgeable doctor I’ve ever had.

Dr. Kumbkarni has always been great during appointments, taking his time to make sure all of my questions were answered. I'm generally a happy and satisfied patient of his. With that being said, the office staff has been consistently incompetent or ineffective to the point of needing to search for a new doctor. It's been several months in a row where I have needed my pharmacy to release an emergency supply of thyroid medication and then still missing at least one dose because the office staff doesn't approve the refill, even after multiple follow-up calls on my end. Dr. Kumbkarni set me up for a 90-day refill at my last appointment specifically to avoid situations like this but that change still hasn't occurred, as we do this prescription dance every month and I'm tired of it. The last straw was their emergency weekend representative flatly refusing to help, saying that they weren't even allowed to forward a message over the holiday weekend and that I would need to deal with the side effects of missing my medication and call back on Monday. I'm missing doses of a critical medication due to lack of effort or follow-through from the staff that is now bordering on negligence /malpractice and I'm tired of it. Get it together before a patient dies. I'll be taking steps to make sure that patient isn't me.

Experienced, patient Endicronologist. I've been seeing Dr. Kumbkarni for 4 years now and I appreciate his conscientious approach to managing my (thyroid) health. Highly recommend him.

They have a new location beautiful office time wait 30mins. Our 2nd visit Dr K found my dad's issue and now he is being treated. Dr Very informative on the issue & on my dad's sent medications. Staff very friendly and office cleaned.
