Anoop Reddy Md's Online Review Report Card

I was having terrible migraines for several years. I was seeing another Neurologist who left the practice with little notice. I searched for another Doctor. Dr. Reddy had the first available appointment. I was so pleased with the staff, they were very nice. Dr. Reddy went over all of my issues with the migraines, as well as medications I had taken. He suggested Botox, and I wanted to try this. The staff worked everything out with insurance. I didn't have to do anything. After 2 treatments I felt a difference. After the third treatment my migraines were gone 80 percent! I am so happy I found this doctor. He is very kind and wants the best for his patients. Thank you all, the Staff and Dr. Reddy for all you have done for me.

The receptionist they are rude I would not recommend to anyone to visit this office . The Dr. Will give a a hard time to get a refill when he see you not to long ago. These personal they don’t have any idea how to treat patients

He is the best Doctor ever

We was a patient a few years ago, but we moved away. Now we are back. It is worth the drive because he tries to improve life for his patients.

I’ve been a patient for 6yrs approximately. Dr. Reedy is a very good doctor but sincerely his staff is very rude, unprofessional, etc. Every time I call to set up an appointment or get medication refill is a problem. I suffer from severe migraines and if I don’t get my meds or my injections I can’t function. I haven’t gotten my injection since March. My insurance ended and I offered to pay for my visit since my medication is at the doctors office for my treatment and the front desk staffed refused to setup an appointment. As of now they have medication for two of my treatments which I haven’t received. I’ve been calling, left messages, complained about my situation and no one cares. Two weeks ago I called again to speak to a manager and of course she was not there; supposedly on vacation till the 14th. At that time I went off at the front desk staff as they continue to make excuses. I was offered and appointment to see the doctor and get my treatment but I was also told that I needed to put down a $250 deposit for my visit. Never in my life I’ve been asked for a payment as a self pay patient unless I’m having a cosmetic procedure. I got very upset about that because not only my medication that I paid for is there but I have no balance at the office. I also asked to get my medication so I can go to another doctor and they said no. I sincerely appreciate Dr. Reddy for treating me for all this years but it’s time for me to move on I find a doctor that cares about my health. Also, to be able to communicate with respect.

Dr Reddy was very thorough and compassionate. He is good at what he does. I will definitely recommend him to anyone
