Receptionist was rude, kept interrupting me and telling me I needed notes from my primary care physician/visit and blood work done before I can see the doctor. This is not a common practice that I am aware of and my situation is quite urgent. I hope the doctors are able to find someone who is a little bit more competent in the role of being the liaison between the patient and The physician

Dr Mehta seems to be a great doctor he cured my husband of help c and really cared. However what was that who answered the phone today is there something wrong with her is she trying to make the doctor loose good patients by annoying them so much that they will not want to come back. Mary was great kind and understanding but is now retired .Thos one who I spoke to today acted like a real jerk telling we don't have any appointments until April all I said in a very nice voice was I hope you have an opening in the beginning of April she said we're not miracle workers! Than said I have to go to 3 past doctors and get all medical records no other office ever told me to do that the office workers always request our medical records I mean what does she do except aggravate patients so they never come back I said can I at least book an appointment first NO! go get all the records. This looser had to go!

He is one of the best physicians I have encountered both as patient and colleague. He is very thorough and compassionate. He cares about his patients.

If I could give 0 I would. Had an appointment set by "office manager" 3 weeks ago for a few days from now. After going to ER and being referred here for serious issues. She calls today to tell me that I can't come in until I see my PCP. Which would take months but that's not her problem she says. And also was very rude and short with me. Had no concern for patient.

This place is HORRIBLE, not sure about the Doctor but the staff seem to be a bit Slow when it comes to setting up an appointment, just talking to them is stressful and the lady was explaining that the system they have is also slow and they don't get paperwork right away but I called other Gastros and they had no problems ( I was just looking for a closer date of availability ) and from that point I just hung up. I promise you it is NOT worth the trouble, look somewhere else if you can.

Dr. Mehta was such a pleasure! He made my hospital stay pleasant and even managed to make me laugh quite a bit! Professional, personable and knowledgeable. He makes sure he gets the complete picture and educates on everything going one. Something that I most certainly need when it comes to my health. Highly recommend!

Dr. Mehta is an amazing doctor. He is very thorough on explaining what is going on with you. His office staff is very courteous and is also helpful with your needs. Appointments are done in a timely matter and wait time is no longer than 30 min. After his outpatient procedure he explains what he did and found before leaving. An appt. to go over any lab tests done biopsies during the procedure is scheduled so he you can let you know the results. I've been a patient for close to 20 years and can rely on Dr. Mehta for my care.
