I saw another Dr in this practice but could not find him listed on this site. The Dr I saw was AMAZING. The staff however is HORRIBLE and I do NOT recommend using this practice as your provider. Dr Sean was great and easy to speak with. The staff however, especially the office manager are rude and the customer service is HORRIBLE. They made a mistake on ordering my prescription and after 4 trips to the Dr's office (which is very unclean), 24 phone calls and 9 voicemails over 2 weeks I was told it was my fault for taking the meds from the pharmacy and I'd have to wait for the refill for it to be corrected. The office manager is rude and unqualified for the position of customer service or realizing people are stressed when seeing the Dr and just want to be healthy and get better. She acts as if they are doing you a favor and are bothered by patients. When asked several times who else I can speak with to resolve the issue, I was told to find another provider. The level of rudeness, incompetence and downright lying done by the front office is enough to tell people to NEVER go here and leave the practice for your own health and sanity.

Not sure about the Dr but I can say the staff is horrible. My mom recently had surgery and this doctor was one of the recommended by the surgeon and I called, left voice messages, emailed and no one got back to me ever to schedule an appointment, probably for the best, can't imagine all the issues I would have had with these people.

Dr. Fumero is an excellent endocrinologist, who takes all the necessary time to explain everything I as a patient need to understand. He has my hypothyroidism and diabetes under control. He answers all my questions. I am extremely satisfied and happy with his care as my endocrinologist. Highly recommended!!!

AVOID this practice. Dr. Fumero is a good doctor but that doesn't matter when he has a rude, condescending, and unprofessional staff. The staff treated me like they don't really care if I am their patient or not. After several years of seeing this practice I dumped them and have since found another provider who deserves my business and actually cares about me as a patient.
