Waste of my time. Having to look for a new pulmonologist while on short term disability. Incompetent and unapologetic staff.

Be prepared for chaos and POOR SERVICE! This doctor office is terrible! Called to make appointment and receptionist put me on hold multiple times for over 10 minutes or hung up (accidently of course since it was close to lunch or closing). Since prior doctor in practice left after I had been going there for years, I had to be started over as a new patient. Finally got an appointment for emergency issue several weeks out. Started to look for another doctor when they called to confirm and assured me everything was good and no problems. They even verified insurance. I finally get in after 6 weeks. Receptionist (with empty waiting room) has me wait for 10 minutes to acknowledge me. But wait here comes a Medical/Drug Rep... they get priority on being acknowledge so she sees them on side window as I stand there waiting. Finally 15 minutes later she asks for my paperwork and insurance card Florida Blue Cross. Few minutes later she tells me to wait. Office manager comes out and tells me that they don't take this particular (most expensive FL Blue Cross insurance). I ask why didn't they tell me this weeks ago. I even offer to pay cash. She said they don't accept patients without the insurance they accept unless they want to go the Out of Network route. They wasted 6 weeks of my time dealing with medical issue that I could have easily gone to another doctor if they just had DONE THERE JOBS RIGHT at the front desk. So be warned to be ready for POOR SERVICE.

Dr. Daniel Rozas is the best pulmonologist in Tampa. He is very knowledgeable, listens and is never in a hurry! I would highly recommend him!
