I feel like Dr. Marasco is a lifesaver for my family. With my oldest she advocated for him to get the care he needed after a bad rash from a wound care specialist. He doesnt have a scar. She gives referrals when appropriate to the right specialists listens to you and is available. When my kids are sick on the weekend she calls back even in the middle of the night. I recommend her to all of the moms that I know because shes amazing. Truly. Im so glad that shes available for my kids.

We love Dr. Marasco She has been seeing both of my kids for the last 8 years. She is professional knowledgeable and caring. She always makes us feel at ease and comfortable. She is extremely thorough and takes her time with each patient and family. She is always willing to answer questions and provide education. The staff is also great at BayCare They are Always kind and courteous and make you feel like family.

Dr. Marasco is an absolute gem A one of a kind Doctor if you will. My kids have been seeing her since birth and will continue to do so until she retires or they’ve become to too old to see her. She was also my pediatrician in the 90’s when I was a youngster so I trust her fully when it comes to caring for my children as she cared for me so well during my adolescence. Best pediatrician in the area hands down
