Castellano Cosmetic Surgery Center's Online Review Report Card

What a pleasure it is to be a patient at Castellano Cosmetic surgery center. The front desk staff is always smiling when you walk in, when calling at a drop of a dime or the last minute they always find a way to fit me in to their busy tight schedule. I love working with Nadine and Mary. Both ladies are very knowledgeable with lip fillers and fillers. Both ladies are very knowledgeable in cosmetically designing my face for the look that I am attempting to attain. I have recommended three of my close friends to this center in south Tampa. All of of my friends have been very happy with the results and working with the office. Thank you for making me look beautiful and helping me attain my results to get the look I’m looking for..

Have to leave this hear since I also left this on google but have to warn others all over, also showing a photo of this surgeon attempting to refute my experience... an experience in which I have a male witness (my partner). Do not visit this surgeon or his offices: Main reason I am leaving this review is simply for awareness: I went to Castellano's offices for information about a breast augmentation. This consulation was very rushed and short(only spoke with him for about 5 mins then he left) and I was told I need a breast lift on only one breast ? Also being an athlete I was looking for a particular type of procedure (over the muscle) but HE prefers doing under the muscle because, and I quote:"it looks better", so my feelings and my actual wants and needs were not respected due to some sort of "image/reputation" I guess he's created with his procedures. After seeing another surgeon who's speciality alongside other procedures was/is augmentations, they were blown away by the consultation Castellano provided due to the inaccuracy and the fact that I would of had a lopsided augmentation in general. So i'd say if you are seeing him for the following, perhaps double or even triple check with another surgeon just to play it safe. Please see below his "argument". Any real and respected surgeon would not sit and nitpick an accurate review, instead would attempt to speak with the individual who spent a lousy $50 bucks on a 5 minute consult.Oh and also since he chose to respond... AGAIN: I did have my augmentation over the muscle and they're lovely, two years in and plenty of heavy lifting and they still look and feel amazing. So the information given in my below response again proves my point with this surgeon lol.

Friendly & welcoming staff, always accommodating to my hectic schedule. Dr. Castellano & Nadine have me looking like I’m in my 20’s again!!

Nadine not only is an artist, she is so gentle and kind. Will never go anywhere else!

About 8 Weeks postop. Overall, a very positive experience with Dr. Castellano's clinic. Dr. C appears to have a very high level of confidence in his surgical skills and from my experience, his surgical skills are indeed commensurate with his reputation and his professional confidence. Consequently, my experience with him yielded very positive results. I would encourage potential patients to ask as many questions as you need to to feel comfortable with your time and financial investment, but also balance that out with trusting the process and realizing that he is a cosmetic surgeon with years of experience and proven results. Needless to say, as has been echoed throughout all of his reviews, the office staff is simply amazing. From the practice manager Pam, to my nurse Jeri, Rachel and all the other folks you encounter throughout the process: 10 out of 10 stars and zero complaints about their professional manner and very personable demeanor. I will certainly utilize this clinic again if/when the need arises.I told him what I wanted but he was able to look past the simple fact that I wanted a breast reduction, and based on his expertise and experience, understand the totality of my desired results. He has very acute foresight and therefore made a lot of excellent recommendations to guarantee me the best results I could have hoped for. A detail that may be important to some: my incisions are the best that I've personally seen or experienced in a procedure as major as mine. I am beyond pleased with the work i received. This process required a great deal of trust for me and I think I put my trust in the right doctor. Make use of the support staff, follow ALL instructions and also ask follow-up questions when necessary to ensure yourself the best recovery.

No way would I recommend this Dr! He did a breast augmentation on me last year and did a terrible job! I went in today because I’ve been having a problem with one and wanted him to check it out. He came in for the exam wreaking of alcohol and I could tell by his attitude right away he was going to say they were fine (which he did) I had another doctor measured them and that doctor told me that the one was smaller than the other one and there was something wrong that’s why I went back to have him look at it and give him a chance to correct the issue. The doctor told me there was nothing he could do for it. Left it at that. Again I highly recommend you do not use this doctor! Now I have to get an attorney and go through a lawsuit over his crappy work. If you want to know more feel free to private message me UPDATE IN POST *********

Would like to give them a 10 but there's not enough stars.. I got a Laser treatment on my face after having a liquid Nitrogen in another place. Carroll was awesome!❤ She almost promise me in my first visit it will take 3visits to get rid of these dark spots (in which I honestly thought it was going to be longer bcs they were really bad and I tried everything) ..and sure enough on my 3rd treatment ,my face looks like I never had those dark spots in my face.!!! I was so AMAZED AND HAPPY🤗 ...
