Dr Celeste Bello has been my oncologist since 2011 when I was diagnosed with a nonHodgkin Lymphoma. She has quickly and expertly managed my treatment through a decade of developments. The high point was a 2014 BMT which eliminated my cancers. Currently 2021

I was referred to Dr. Bello in January 2017 regarding my diagnosis with NonHodgkins Lymphoma. I was extremely impressed with her knowledgeability expertise and fluency on all things Lymphoma and treatment with her willingness and ability to explain things so that I understood and with her combined kindness and professionalism. I think she is absolutely terrific. I also was very impressed with Moffitt Center and frankly have never seen such a competent and capable medical organization. I am now three years in recovery and I thank all the people who had a part in saving my life. The last three years have been a wonderful gift and blessing despite chemo aftereffects.

First thing Dr. Said when she walked into the exam room was that she was running so behind. No notes records or anything. Then she told us that if we did not do chemo the patient would die. I am sorry but in the line of work you do a little compassion should be used towards patients. Then Dr. Belo mentioned chemo is the only success to lymphoma not true if you take the time to do research and said its not like I get alot in commissions for referring patients to chemo. Then she rushed through the exam and continuously referred to the doctor that sent us for the second opinion but used my brothers last name instead of the doctor... TALK ABOUT UNORGANIZATION.I know the job entitles alot but it is more depressing to deal with some of these doctors than the actual illness. Dr. Bello staff is great. Our experience with her tho made us choose a hollistic approach.. Oh and the parient is very much ALIVE without chemo.
