I tried to make an appointment with Dr Charles Kane and I called twice, the staff is so arrogant and rude. They didn't let me finish to speak, the person spoke on top of me and hang up on me, I couldn't set up an appointment. So bad to know that there is a specialist with good reviews on internet but when coming to assisting people the staff don't know how to do their job.

Dr Kane is great and staff are very friendly and I am still a patient but it takes over an hour from an apppt to get seen. This used to not be the case but they need to manage schedules better as this has occurred that last few visits.

I've been Dr. Kane's patient for several years, after a huge bout with skin cancer in 2008. Which he wasn't involved in, wasn't a patient of his at the time. Now, he does the 'mole patrol' and close exam of all the skin cancer sites, biopsies as he deems fit, and so far I'm cancer free. All the reviews about him taking the time to get to know you, talk about what you think about his diagnoses & recommendations are absolutely correct. He's also extremely well read, and smart as hell, so any appointment with him is an opportunity to get your mind opened. And of course--as other reviews noted--his staff is top shelf.

Awesome! I've seen him off and on in the past decade. There are times that he is swamped but he has always been courteous, kind, and I've never felt rushed. I found him by chance and I feel fortunate that I did. I truly appreciate him and his staff. Ricky Shepherd, Tampa
