The team at Concierge Care has done an excellent job providing care for my father. They started caring for him on a holiday weekend, when most agencies wouldn't even answer the phone. They have continued to be responsive to calls at all hours. Thanks to their support, my dad has improved more than I had thought possible. We have especially appreciated working with Maegan in the office. She always tries to find the best fit possible between caregiver and client. She is resourceful, humorous, patient, and unflappable in dealing with scheduling challenges. Their easy-to-use patient portal makes scheduling and billing information readily available.
