As a case manager your always looking for ways to ensure the wellbeing and safety of your patient. Even when ordering home health, there are still days the patients go without that extra pair of eyes or hands to help them. This is where Concierge has come in and taken our patient care to another level. By providing their caregivers detailed protocols that are personalized for each patient, that worry about safety has diminished. I’ve received numerous praises from my patients and their families about the care they have received by Concierge Care and for this, they will be my preferred provider for private duty care.Way to go Concierge! ☺️
