My son has a hard lump in his chest and a chronic cough with elevated liver enzymes. A chest xray was done to rule out a broken bone, at which time we asked that they also look at the lungs due to the cough. It took over a week to get in touch with someone who could give us the results, at which time we found out that there was no broken bone, but they had also not looked at the lungs. The doctor refused to order an ultrasound on the growing lump, and refused to have the xray looked at again for problems with the lungs even though she was told that he had a tumor removed from his leg 4 years prior. Total and complete careless incompetence.
