David Ikudayisi's Online Review Report Card

I was in a head on collision in 1988 , hit by drunk driver. My back and neck where injured to the point of not being able to walk for 3 months. I had constant spasms and pain for about 20 years. The pain was constant , walking up stairs , lifting groceries, vaccuming or mopping everything was a chalange. I just delt with it. Then in 2008 i founnd Dr.David Ikudayisi and went to him for pain management. That was my last resort before getting my vertibrate's fused. It was the best decision i made. After starting pain management i was able to get back to work without constant spasm's and lower back pain. The pain is still present but 80% less while my pain is managed. It kept me from having sugery on my back. I have been under Dr. Davids care for about 11 years now and i'm able to work 40 hours a week and support my family . Without the pain management i would not have the job that i have right now and be able to work full time. Before pain management i could barely get threw 4 hours.

When my old doctor of many years closed his practice, Dr. Ikudayisi took over my care seamlessly. He is thorough and compassionate. The staff is very pleasant and helpful.

I have been a patient of Dr. David for 13 years. I could not ask for a more attentive, caring doctor. Dr. David takes into consideration all of my concerns and treats my problems accordingly. Any time there is a new problem, sign, or symptom, Dr. David evaluates each issue and gives me, the patient, his full attention. Dr. David is great at patient education as well. He always explains why I have the symptoms I do, what to expect, and how to decrease the pain in a non pharmacologic way. Dr. David will tell me what I can do in addition to medication for pain relief. I am fully examined each time I have a follow up visit. I never feel rushed when I see Dr. David. He gives each patient all of his attention. There are times the wait is a little extended, but it's actually worth the wait. The delay is because Dr. David is giving another patient his full attention. The office staff has always been nice to me. Dr. David takes on students in the office so they can be educated properly as well.

Dr. David and his staff are exceptional. Over the decade I have dealt with physicians, physician assistants, office personnel, etc. at hospitals and physician offices. Dr. David and his office staff, in Lakeland, have literally become like family to me. Not because of him being a "PILL MILL", are you serious???? By "NO" means of the imagination. Dr. David is "VERY" thorough, requiring test(s) and personal exams to make certain everything is in line with proper care. Dr. Ikudayisi's very FIRST question to you, "How have you been doing and are there any new problems, AND HE DOES LISTEN?? I cannot say enough of the care and compassion Dr. David has for his patients. TO: Dr. David Ikudayisi and the staff, "Thank you for your love, compassion and care for your patients." Because of his professionalism and sincere caring of the quality of life that he so much desires for his patients is the reason I continue to see him and to recommend his services to others.

I've always had a very pleasant experience and my wait time has never been to long ,unless he had emergency, he is very throw with all his patients, the staff is exceptional, always helpful and pleasant, even when they are very busy, I'd recommend him to my friends and family.

Great Doctor! Helped me change my life. Lost lots of weight through diet exercise, nutrition help and great motivation.

This doctor spends as little time as possible (minimum required by law I'd assume) with the patient. After the long outer office wait with as many as 25+ other pain med patients, one would expect to be able to at least have a conversation the doctor. The only area where this place/doctor would receive 5 stars is in the efficiency in which the credit/debit card machine functions. No insurance- cash only.

Pill Mill in every respect

Glory Wellness/Tampa is a pill mill in every respect. The doctor seems to have more compassion for the credit card machine. Little to no interaction, conversation of examination of this patient anyhow. It's a place to simply pick up pre-written prescriptions at a cost of two hundred dollars a month.

Very Impatient Doctor, I saw Doc 5 times and waited for him to arrive every time over 45minutes late.. He never apologizes for his tardiness. Just maybe a "Thank you for patience Sorry for the wait" If you don't understand his accent, he gets angry with you and starts yelling at you. After that he is pissy for the rest of your appointment... I was seeing him for pain management. He also does weight loss and different injections for various conditions.. Vampire Face lift O-shots for better Orgasms..Stick with one specialty and try to be more patient with your patients... No insurance accepted. How convenient for him $$$$$$$$$$$. There are many other Pain management Doctors out there with pleasant personalities. No Bedside Manner at all. Glad I'm no longer a patient..
