Went today for an asthma evaluation for my son (was referred by my Pediatrician). Don't expect the staff to answer phone calls, it took 3 voicemails and some phone tag to even be scheduled. The parking lot is a disaster! Luckily, I arrived 30 min prior to my appointment as it took me 15 min just to find a parking spot. Once inside, the receptionist couldn't be bothered to look away from her personal cell phone to properly greet anyone. Filled out paperwork and was brought back to a room within 10 min. Sat in the room for 45 min before the doctor came in. His medical assistant came in first, was very friendly and evaluated my son. She answered questions and wasn't rushed. Dr Rosenburg came in, did not make eye contact as he introduced himself. He sat down, didn't ask much before listening to my sons breathing and then automatically prescribing strong medications (which I didn't quite understand since he said my sons breathing was normal). I asked a handful of questions that he seemed annoyed to be answering. Guess a few questions was one too many when he quickly dismissed himself from the room to "write out" recommendations and never returned. Did not ask if there was anything else I needed. Will not be back. Awful experience.
Brittany Crews speaking- All three of my children are seen by everyone here. Established 5+ years. Two of my children are on life saving devices. They have literally helped keep my kids alive. They change medications when they no longer suit my children. They go over their time with them. They take calls all hours of the night & prescribe rescue meds when your child goes into a horrible asthma attack. They refer other specialists when your child’s health is complex, to make sure your child is cared for entirely. They are compassionate, thorough, honest, patient & I’ve never one time had a single complaint. Who cares if the waiting room gets slammed. Do you realize how many children have chronic asthma? They try to tend to everyone’s needs, even if that means they have to stay late that evening. So be grateful they accommodated your child as well. They make hospital visits to check on your child at Saint joes. They are part of a digestive team, where they work on procedures with other amazing specialists. I’m so sad to see this man & his staff are rated a 3. Despicable. Def a 5 all day!!!
I have patients who deal with him and he is quick to give them a trach instead of finding out why my patients were having respitory issues. Like a simple remove their tonsils adenoids.
Have appointment for 415pm. get here at 4 pm then check in, waiting room is packed... It is now 527pm and my child just got called. After 5 people who arrived after us have already been called. Why even give us appointments and treat our time like it's nothing to you. Spend your money somewhere else. Seriously. :update it is 547pm and I'm still in a room waiting to be seen no Dr.
My family has been seeing Dr Rosenberg for over 20 years. He saw me as a small child and now sees my children. He is a great doctor and I wouldnt think of going anywhere else for pulm care.
I will start off by saying ridiculous!!!!.... My appointment was at 4 and.my son didn't get seen until 6. When we came prior to 4, the waiting room was ridiculously packed... Why so many appointments at one time. The doctors weren't even apologetic.... Awful.
Great care! Thankful to have found Dr Rosenberg!!!
Great Physician, amazing staff.
Excellent Care by Dr Rosenberg
My appointment was scheduled for 4:00 pm. I wasn’t called back until 5:30 pm and I continued to wait for another 30 minutes in the room. Very frustrating. The waiting room was packed. Clearly they over schedule patients.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
