I would not recommend this doctor. Extremely disorganized and not professional. I came last year for a consult and he started off discrediting the doctor i had prior then suggested surgery even though i only needed in office procedure then a month passes and i called numerous times, I couldn't leave a message because they were doing paperwork or its not the right day yet i continue to call, finally after 3 months passes I stated I don't want the surgery, I rather just get the in office procedure. The coordinator proceeded to tell me to prep for the in office then they day I show up for appointment, I was told oh they tried to call me numerous times and left voicemails (my mobile bill can tell you otherwise) but ok, i had already let it go because i just wanted to get the procedure done (banded procedure) .. so then doctor comes in, said he was there when the call was made and jokingly stated thats how he makes his money is by performing surgery .. regardless I'm like, I just can't wait to just get this over with..he leaves office then I'm prep and he came back and take a look again then leaves again then nurse came back saying he will not it today, Im thoroughly confused then why did you guys have me prep? Then he comes back saying he needed to consult before he does it which I had done so super confusing ... so he said he had to do it at an outpatient facility... so I questioned him some more because so much run around and now this...then he proceeded to tell me, something is off here and he will not do it and will recommend someone else.. Completely unprofessional all around.. so if i didn't question it or objected to it.. they would have me running around for months wasting my time, prepping which is not fun then not follow up or call unless I reach out. Stay away folks.. find someone else. I only went this route because I picked the wrong insurance through work and had to switch because my prior doctor wasn't in network. I'm switching back in the new year.

Dr. Mason is knowledgeable, professional, friendly, a great story teller, and has a good sense of humor. I highly recommend him if you need a friendly expert in his field.

Dr Mason is the very best Dr. I owe him my life literally. I will always be thankful for him. I'm truly blessed to have found him. I had rectal sugery and am doing good.

Dr. Mason has been my doctor for over 20 yrs. I trust him with all my Crohn's related surgeries. He's very smart and has a memory like a steel trap. Great bedside manor.

I think Denise is the heart of the office but the staff overall is great and I like how Dr Mason doesn't share his findings in a fleeting second and move on to the next customer.

Dr Mason, is a very good surgeon. He removed my gall bladder at the community hospital. He has the old school bed side manor, is very knowing. I was truly lucky to have had him as my doctor. A real pro. and a fine man to boot. How anyone could leave this Doctor a one star review, is way beyond me! Unreal. Jesse
