Excellent staff, fantastic doctor, I’m very happy!

Dr. Davis has an excellent bedside manor. Cosmetic surgery is his true calling. If you've been thinking about rhinoplasty, he's the man. I wish I did it 30 years ago.

I am 6 weeks post op of a chin implant and neck lipo, Dr. Davis did a fantastic job. I have had some cosmetic procedures done in the past with other doctors/ med spas and was never really happy. This, I am loving this! His office staff is extremely friendly and attentive. Dr. Davis really gives you his time at the consultation and you don’t feel rushed, he sits with you and speaks with you not AT you. If you need anything done to your face do the right thing and go to him he is skilled and the results at great!

I am currently two weeks post-rhinoplasty with Dr. Davis and I already am in love with my results. I knew in my heart from the moment I met Dr. Davis at my consultation that I would 1) finally get this surgery for myself and 2) choose him as my surgeon, despite feeling the need to do my due diligence and see a few other doctors before making a final decision. Although his practice is on the pricier side for rhinoplasties, it's worth every penny to go for the best when you are trusting someone with reconstruction on your face! Everyone has been SO nice at every appointment. This was my first ever surgery (I know, I picked a doozy for my first) and I felt so comfortable every step of the way. As everyone else mentions, Dr. Davis' bedside manner is unbeatable. I'm not going to lie and say the recovery was pleasant at all, but I don't think it's anywhere near as bad as it could have been if I didn't have his guidance and support throughout. I did this surgery for purely cosmetic reasons but Dr. Davis did see a slight deviation in my septum while operating and straightened it out for me, making my breathing even better than I even thought possible! I already love my new nose so much and I can't wait to see it evolve over the months to come.

Went to Dr. Davis wanting a softer side profile and smaller tip while maintaining the basic shape of my nose. He assured me that he could do that and used computer imaging to morph my results. He talked about how he does all of the Bucc’s wives noses and is the most skilled rhino surgeon in Fl. His reviews and degrees agreed with that; however, he’s massively lacking on skill and experience. He left me with an inverted v bridge which made it difficult to breath, uneven Supra tip and tip, uneven/droopy columella, and because of his lack of structural support in my nose the tissues from my tip migrated up the bridge giving my tip a lengthened and pinched appearance. The most upsetting was that for 2 years he gave me steroid injections and reassured me that it was only swelling and the asymmetry would resolve itself. Right up until our last apt. When he said my results were within his margin for error and not worth a revision. I wish someone had told me this- DO NOT GO TO DR. DEAN DAVIS!

Guys, I am not one to leave negative reviews, but this doctor destroyed my nose cosmetically and functionally and gave me false hope for 2 years, so I feel this review is necessary. I went to Dr. Davis in 2019 to see if he could give me a softer side profile and smaller tip while keeping the basic shape of my nose. He confidently assured me he could do just that and used computer imaging to show what he believed he could do. After surgery when my cast came off I was completely shocked. I wasn't sure what to expect, so believed him when he said it was swelling and the asymmetry would resolve. While, weeks turned into months, with the swelling going down slightly only to add to the asymmetry. He gave me 3 rounds of steroid injections over the first year and a half, which only left me with a dent on the Supra tip and a white line, which thankfully both went away after a month or two. The worst part of the first 2 years was that he continually reassured me it was just swelling and that it would eventually go down. I decided to stay positive and hopefully that around the 2 year mark those changes would be seen. At our last appointment (2 year mark) he said it looks like its actually scar tissue, not swelling, but its within his margin of error, so not worth doing a revision. I was so disheartened and upset. He had led me to believe for 2 years that the swelling and asymmetry would resolve. Due to his lack of surgical skills my bridge became an inverted v and pinched which greatly impacted my breathing. My columella was drooping and uneven, leaning towards one side. My tip tissue had actually migrated up towards my bridge which gave my tip a narrow, long look. And the Supra tip and tip were uneven. I recently (2 weeks ago) had a revision rhinoplasty and the surgeon was shocked at how he found my nose. The revision lasted 7 hours and part of that was undoing what Dr. Davis had done. Dr. Davis left my nose not structurally sound. He took my nose from being fine to awful, both cosmetically and functionally. Prior to having surgery with him I had no issues breathing. The only positive that came from him affecting my breathing was that my insurance covered part of my revision. He completely misled me and was overconfident in his skillset. He may seem very chill and reassuring, but BEWARE! This is not a good thing. Rhinoplasty is one of the most difficult surgeries performed and there's nothing easy about it. Find a doctor that talks about the risks and issues that might arise. I have wanted to leave this review for the past 3 years, and finally feel confident doing so after hearing from an experienced surgeon just how careless Dr. Davis was. Also, I have tried to post this review on realself two times and it will not show up...I have heard that doctors can pay to keep negative reviews off of there. I'm assuming that's what Dr. Davis is doing since he has 5 stars on that website. My revision 2 weeks ago was with Dr. Richard Davis in Pembroke Pine Florida. (I know, same last name, but completely different results, do NOT get these doctors confused lol). Dr. Richard Davis is the second top revision rhinoplasty surgeon in the country!!! I HIGHLY recommend him for a revision, or better yet, for a primary, so you don't have to see him later for the revision. He's honest, straight forward, and realistic. I was cautious about going to him, because I read some negative reviews, but then realized he doesn't pay to get his reviews taken down like many doctors do. He also deals with some of the most difficult cases in the world, so I'm sure some high expectations are not always met. I highly advise having a consult with him for a primary or revision, he will spend 2-3 hours with you just for the consult! Good luck to everyone reading this review. Rhinoplasty and revision are such emotional journeys, I pray you all get the results you're looking for. I am confident when I say Dr. Dean Davis is not skilled. I'm sure some lucky patients have gotten fine results, but do not risk it. Go to an experienced and skilled surgeon like Dr. Richard E. Davis!

Had many surgeons to choose from, but choosing Dr Davis was very smart on my part to trust him with my rhinoplasty! He has an exceptional and professional team of people who care and are very knowledgeable! Always open for questions! Dr Davis is the friendliest and most personable man you will ever meet for a surgeon! He absolutely cares about his patients and truly values his own artistry. Your face is his priority and he will not be happy unless you are happy! That is a rare gift! I am Greek and wanted my nose to look a little more feminine and not as wide. He did everything I wanted and even added his own ethnic expertise in the mix!! I’m still healing as it’s only been 12 days post op and I’m already loving what I see and am super excited to see more once the swelling and bruising goes down! Highly recommend this man and his entire office! You will not be sorry and u can thank me later.

What a wonderful place! From The moment you walk in to the moment you leave you feel welcomed and like family. I went for my first consultation right before covid hit and knew this was the right fit for me. Fast forward 2 years later I went for my second consultation and knew I was ready. It's been almost 8 weeks since I had my rhinoplasty done and I'm very happy with results so far. Fantastic team and Dr. Davis is AWESOME! The facility has a lot of parking and connected to the surgery center which makes the process even easier. They offer financing if needed as well. I want to add an additional note**** there isn't a very high turn over rate with employees. This tells me Dr. Davis takes care of his staff. You can tell they genuinely like their jobs and that says a lot to me.

So happy I decided to choose this office. My experience with the staff was outstanding and Dr Davis is truly a miracle worker! 100+ star recommendation!!

If I could leave 20 stars I would. Dr. Davis is amazing he listens to you and is very honest. He is kind personable and very good at what he does. I can't express enough how grateful I am for him and his team. All the girls are friendly and welcoming from start to finish. Dr. Davis is a perfectionist so if you are looking for perfection look no further. I am over joyed with the outcome of my surgery. His whole team made the experience comforting and easy. You will not be sorry if you choose Dr. Davis.
