I have been a patient of Dr Suringa for around 8 years. Personally I enjoy my appointment. I never feel rushed he takes time with each patient. I do try for early morning appointments because he gets behind as the day progress. Waiting is a small price to pay for an attentive physician.

I have visited Dr. Suringa's office 4-5 times. I believe he is a good doctor and he has a good personality. Unfortunately, his office is not well-managed. Every time I have visited, I have been kept waiting a minimum of 45 minutes before even seeing a nurse or doctor. The last time I went, I waited for almost 90 minutes before walking out the door never to return

Dr. Suringa and his staff are very personable people to work with. The doctor is exceptional in his field. He's worked with me for 30+years. I couldn't recommend him more highly.

Dr Suringa is an EXCELLENT Professional and even a BETTER Person. Knowledgeable, very courteous, will take care of his patients, will listen, and explain everything that's needed to. My son recommended me Dr Siringa. Will recommend Dr Suringa for as long as I live. A Doctor, and a GENTLEMAN!!!

I like the Dr. But, I scheduled an appt last week for 10:30 AM and waited until 12:00 Pm without getting called. I finally went to the front desk and asked how much longer I would need to wait. The answer was -'at least 30 min'. I left and found another doctor. I know that things happen and schedules change but waiting over 2 hours for a scheduled appointment is ridiculous. Why not tell the patient at check-in that the Dr. is running late? Complete disrespect for the patients.

Dr Suringa is a fabulous practitioner, experienced, skilled and no nonsense. He is plain spoken and has great remedies, and knows the BS from what works. His staff let him down because the wait time truly is horrid and the staff are not nice at all.

Hands down the most caring Doctor and staff in town. Yes, the wait is usually long, loyal patients know this and everyone is prepared. The staff have become friends. The long wait is due to the time Dr Suringa spends with each patient, answering all questions, giving a thorough exam, performing minor procedures at the appt., instead of rescheduling for a follow up. I would not go anywhere else. Everyone I have recommended to his office, has been thrilled with their experience. Take a book or your laptop and make use of your time waiting, if it is a bit long...I have never seen anyone in the lobby upset or impatient....they know they will not be rushed out the door, when it is their turn!!
