I went to this pediatrician once and I really enjoyed the office and the staff. But recently I reached out because I was looking to talk about my child's behavior and instead of taking the appointment, they cancelled my appointment (while I was on route) and then gave me a referral to another doctor (who won't see my kid because he is under their age minimum). The receptionist had told me that the doctor didn't think she needed to meet with me or my child because "she would just refer this out" which seems ridiculous to me. My previous pediatrician always made recommendations to help me as a mother handle my children's behavior, whether it be books, podcasts, or changes to their diets. I guess I was wrong when I thought all pediatricians would do this. Either way, I am looking for a new pediatrician now who will be more hands on and helpful.

I REALLY depend on reviews to help me choose my doctors and that’s the reason I’m writing one. I had my first appointment after switching from another doctor for my 1 year old with serious allergies. Dr. Williams came in with energy, recommendations, specialist suggestions, and a plan in under 30 minutes! Her bedside manner is there, the time she spends per patient was great with no rush, and the privacy for records in shutting the door and electronic documentation was great and their front desk lady was supper pleasant and sweet with people and honestly that’s hard to find. I came in extremely worried from bad experiences other places and this place really changed my mind and I’m so happy I made the move over !

My son has been seeing Dr. Garcia since we moved to FL and we love her! She’s very good with him and always gets us in and out quickly! Definitely recommend!
