Dr. Kate is amazing . She is the most caring professional you will ever encounter. She is very thorough takes her time and listens to all your concerns . If you want a Dr who is empathetic, caring and top notch go to visit her . The staff is also great . The appointment will take take since she doesn't just rush you through the process so know that if you are waiting it's because she is giving excellent care not just meeting a quota.

This location takes advantage of those who doesn’t know any better. They force you to take an exam that is voluntary just so they could pack an extra 40+ dollars. I came in for a simple eye exam and once I got there, that’s when I was told that the exam was “required“ The staff very comfortable because they definitely did not care. Once I said that most clinics don’t require this, they said that they could remove this requirement. But since it was definitely easier just to say no that’s what they ended up doing.

I have been a patient of Dr .Claffie for years for my routine eye exams. Dr. Claffie and her entire practice/staff is tremendous. They are very responsive and helpful whether it is scheduling, paperwork, follow-ups. I would highly recommend Dr. Claffie. I intend to be a patient for as long as they will have me!

Dr. Claffie is fantastic. Her concern and care goes above and beyond what is expected. I injured my eye and they squeezed me right in on a Sunday to check me out. Got me a referral for a specialist and a prescription for antibiotics drops. She kept calling and texting the specialist until she had an appointment for me Monday morning. She continued to stay in contact via text to make sure that I was doing well and healing. I would definitely recommend her.

Went and tried to get contacts from this doctor's office. The technician that handled my eye exam on the machine got my new prescription wrong, made me try the contacts in said wrong prescription and I advised the doctor it was incorrect during the in-office follow-up visit. I also advised the doctor that I needed daily's as well as monthly's due to off-shore diving (Only the monthly's got ordered). On top of that, they screwed up my prescription in one of my eyes twice. The frustration with having to repeat myself until something is correctly done has made me lose my trust with this doctor and her associates. Please avoid using this eye doctor.

Very unprofessional, Smallest office in America (literally, never seen an Office so crammed. Each room is like 5x8 feet) Can tell most employees are only there for a paycheck since there is no dress code established and everyone is on their phones texting and joking around. Dr. seems new to the office because she’s asking techs protocol for office procedures… Made us wait 45min-1hr after scheduled appointment time with NO updates from staff and NO apology for everything being so delayed. As if it’s quite normal to be an hour behind. Look we understand you’re a Dr, but that doesn’t mean you’re the only one whose time matters. Next time a little “sorry we’re running an hour behind” might go a long way

I can't thank Dr. Claffie enough for her exceptional care and expertise when I recently injured my eye. From the moment I walked into their practice, Dr. Thiel reassured me and took very well care of me. Dr. Claffie possesses an incredible blend of professionalism and warmth. When I talked to her over the phone first, she thoroughly explaining the potential damage to my eye and the treatment and she immediately put me at ease. When I came to the clinic the next morning, Dr. Thiel quickly identifying the extent of my injury and explained it to me. Not only are they skilled doctors, but they also demonstrate genuine compassion for their patients. Thanks to them, my eye injury healed beautifully, and I regained full functionality without any complications. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Claffie and her clinic, including her staff, to anyone in need of top notch eye care.
