El motivo de 1 estrella es porque llame hoy 02/16 para cambiar el horario de mi cita y una mujer que habla inglés y español me dejó en la línea esperando por 25 minutos. Nose cómo es la atención allí en la clínica pero por teléfono es pésima.

They require a retinal scan for $35 as part of the exam. The retinal scanner they have in that office only scans a small part of your retina and missed something that luckily I am aware of already. The staff was kind and attempted to get a better image, but struggled and could not. My issue is not with the staff, but with the required fee and sub-par technology that is probably missing other lesions in addition to mine.

I've seen both Dr Forrests and both are wonderful. They are kind, gentle, and take time to explain changes. I've never worn contacts before. They give you a little class and trial lenses to find the right fit. I really appreciate the professionalism, timeliness, and accuracy with my prescription.

My daughter and I went and saw Dr. Debbie Sheila Forrest, for a follow-up visit - it is VERY rare that someone take the time and attention that she did today with my daughter's concerns and I feel went above and beyond what she needed to do - with reassessing her prescription to refitting her in the correct lenses to understanding that she is not in town but away at school and making the adjustments needed- this is rare to find these days so thank you!

Great visit, the doctor took time to explain the results. Testing was really good and accurate. I can’t wait to come back. Worth the visit even though they are out of network for my specific insurance,.. I’m still coming here.

This experience is by far the best I've ever had in my life and the most exciting Eye exam ever Experience. It was quick and very amazed of how technology has come this far.Both customer service in the exam room and the choosen of my glasses with Bree was smooth and joyful, Bree was very honest with the shape color and style the I puck and how it fit my face she actually got me to change my look.
