I had an initial appointment and was very satisfied. Scheduled for a sleep study. The day of the study they cancelled the appointment because they couldn't obtain my previous records that were 5+ years old. Why??? Phone wasn't answered when I called back. Why didn't they treat me as a new patient since that is what I was. Why did they need old records. I didn't see the doctor so I can't speak to his ability but the office handled the whole thing badly. Why didn't they contact me prior to the appointment date? I would not recommend this office.

This office is the best run medical office I have ever been to. Each and every staff member seems to work together to efficiently move you through your visit without ever making you feel rushed. I have had several appointments over the last few months and can’t say enough about the quality of care. Other practices could learn from their example.

Never saw the doctor. A nurse practitioner saw me. The staff was attentive and very helpful. Family atmosphere. A good experience.

Dr. Zanchi is an amazing Dr. He has been helping me with more than just my breathing problems, he truly listens to me. I have other health problems and he’s the only Doctor that has shown any interest in my condition. I will forever thank Dr. Zanchi for being the kind, gentle and generous Doctor that he is.
