Great Doctor, He listened to me and my son 100 times better than the last GI. He is the best GI in my opinion. I wouldn’t bring my son to anyone than Dr Beltroy!
STAY AWAY! Overview - Dr. Beltroy is great, staff and management are inept. We had a nice experience with Dr. Beltroy, but that is the only positive thing to say about this office. Every time we needed to have something done, they somehow botched it. Lab work requests were incorrect, causing my four year old to have multiple blood draws when she should have only had one. The PA wouldn't even read my daughter's chart before coming in the room and proposing incorrect or old treatment plans. The doctor's nurse didn't even attempt to be nice to us or our daughter. Then come the billing issues. They messed up our insurance, then waited over two months to send us a statement after fixing the insurance. I asked for a payment plan, and instead they ran my card instead for the full amount - over $800. When I called to fix it, they said, "Oh, the mail people mess things up sometimes. He might get a refund check to you this week"...shocker, they never sent the refund check. Finally, they again
My child is currently being seen by a different GI who is actively trying to identify the cause of significant motility problems. Dr. Beltroy was only interested in blaming the child. He was unable to recognize my child's distress and instead told me to calm him down and all of the GI problems would be cured.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
