If you want the best, I highly recommend Dr Effie Politis as the most professional, qualified, compassionate and competent surgeon in the area. Breast reduction is a life altering procedure for young women who have abnormally large breasts. They struggle emotionally as well as physically with a burdensome problem that this surgery can easily correct. Dr Politis recently performed this breast reduction surgery on my granddaughter who is thrilled with the result and is eager to move forward free of this problem. Our family is extremely grateful to Dr Politis and her staff. You can rest assured you are in good hands!

I first learned about Dr. Politis when I was researching surgeons near me that performed the "24 hr breast augmentation". I live about 1.5 hrs outside of Tampa and was a little hesitant about driving so far, but after reading so many wonderful reviews I decided it was worth going for a consultation. I contacted Dr. Politis' office Dec '21 inquiring about getting a breast augmentation and Margie at the front desk was so kind and incredibly helpful at answering all of my questions! She was able to get me an appointment for my consultation within the next few weeks. At my consultation I met Jamie (Dr. Politis' nurse) who was absolutely wonderful! She sat down with me and went over my medical history and took before pictures. After that Dr. Politis came into the room to measure me and discuss my goals of what I wanted. She was so incredibly friendly, caring, funny and down to earth! It was so comfortable talking with her and she truly listens to you! After having such a wonderful consultation with her I immediately knew that I wanted her to be my surgeon and booked my surgery before I left the office for later that month. On the morning of my surgery I was so excited! The staff and nurses at the surgery center were all so nice and caring. I was not nervous about the surgery at all! I was a little nervous about how I would feel coming out of anesthesia and the recovery process though. After the surgery was over I woke up from the anesthesia and I felt great! I seriously couldn't believe it! I thought I might feel sick or be tired for the rest of the day, but I felt completely normal. I had the best recovery experience! I can honestly say that I had ZERO pain after surgery! I was completely shocked! I was slightly uncomfortable for the first few days with some swelling and tightness, but that was it. I didn't take any pain medications except for tylenol. I was back to my normal routine of taking care of my kids and cooking dinner the next day. I didn't think a 24 hr breast augmentation was really possible, but it is!! I can't say enough good things about Dr. Politis and her entire staff! I am so incredibly happy with my results! Thank you Dr. Politis for giving me my self confidence back and helping me love my body again!

Dr Politis and Jaime made my experience special from my consultation to my post op appointment. When I decided to have my mommy makeover I was very apprehensive because I don’t usually do things for myself. They helped me feel so calm and excited. My surgical experience was amazing. Dr Politis is one of the most compassionate and highly skilled physicians I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She treated my son who is extremely affraid of needles and went out of her way to use topical cream first to numb the area before using a needle to inject lidocaine. His experience was fantastic and you can't even see the scar where she worked. Dr Politis also performed a tummy tuck on me. I am so beyond pleased with my results. After two babies my stomach was wrecked with so much extra skin. Today my tummy is flat and I have Dr Politis to thank for that.
