I used to be very fund of this man, was very sweet& helpful & now he’s rude as hell! He’s no help haven’t helped resolved an issues for 3 years & tries to blame the damn patient . Pathetic practice!!! I will never come back. Was soooo rude I mean talking to me like I was his child pure rude I have never experienced this from a MD! Old & needs to retire

I see now why you have low scores for your reviews. I was hung up on for asking questions regarding my emergency visit that I was trying to schedule with a Dr. I’m so happy that happened because looking at these reviews let me know you aren’t a good fit and you need to work on your professionalism and respect for those needing medical care.

Very ghetto establishment. The doctor only wants to see people who he can constantly bill their insurance with. Didnt want to continue my birth control because I only came for an annual . WHAT OTHER REASON DO I NEED TO CONTINUOUSLY BE THERE IF IM HEALTHY ????? Janky services the phones never work just a mess

My first visit for my annual exam was ok, as I didn't have any issues so it was a no-brainner. The second year I didn't feel comfortable with all those 6 students inside the room without previously been asked if I was ok with it. During my 3rd visit it was detected that I needed some expensive medication and I was instructed by the front office that I should wait for then to file all the paperwork in order to get it at discounted price. Well I've called then several times with no success. Once they had no idea what I was talking about, other times they asked me to wait for them to call me back... Well, more than a year has passed by.

Dismissive and caused harm I do not recommend this doctor. He did not listen my concerns. I saw him several times for an issue that did not get resolved. One day he prescribed me a medication that he told me he had prescribed me before, but I did not recognize the name, so I asked the front desk to speak to him before I left the office. He did not come out to talk to me, and told the receptionist that the medication just had a different name. When I picked up the medication, it was not the same as before, and it caused me to have a great deal of pain. He then refused to talk to me over the phone or make any sort of effort to resolve the issue. In previous visits, he was dismissive of my concerns and made me feel uncomfortable. I will not be seeing him again.

I have been a patient of Dr. Cazes for over a decade & he's a very knowledgeable, kind & respectful doctor. His recent staff on the other hand are a complete disaster. I had gone in for my annual exams last month & while my results were (thankfully) normal & negative. Unqualified staff read the report incorrectly & then proceeded to call me demanding that Dr. Cazes needed to see me asap because of an "issue". They refused to elaborate or listen to my concerns, they were rude, discourteous, disrespectful & dismissive. They had me freaked out for 5 days - I couldn't eat or sleep. Turns out, they don't know how to properly read reports or listen to their patients. I would give zero stars if I could. For next year, I'm going to go elsewhere, I suggest you do the same ...
