Treated my David like he did not matter letter came to his farm employer see thru letter infection doctor was ask are you sick hippa violation an never get his scripts when ask treated by his new staff so badly during coronavirus that he could not talk or deal an was so confused they blame him for attitude while he was sick during it an then can't get people to resolve it in a ADULT WAY THEY JUST CANCEL NO REGARD FOR HIS HEALTH OR ISSUES AT ALL BAD DOCTOR MAYBE BUT STAFF DEFINITELY IS BAD AN THEY ARE ALL NEW WONDER WHY There response is they cancelled him an his health concerns that how they responded no regard for his care or future care That how patient advocate MARY HANDLE THIS

Dr Castillo-Garcia is hands down the best medical professional I have ever worked with. His demeanor takes the fear and panic from ones medical issue, he is straightforward and great with followup. He is a physician that is in it to help people as opposed to in it only for the money. Feel like a person and not just a patient.

No, Dr. Castillo was more interested in having ME believe that I'm suffering an "allergic reaction " rather than actually looking at my condition! Would rather be dismissive of my symptoms and assign them to a reaction to ingestion of chemicals rather than actually investigate the underlying causes of my internal and external problems. He said " we're a team ", yet had he been the coach of my "team" aka my body, he would be liable for a handsome some of money for severance of responsibility and work not performed. As per his hypocritic oath, state and federal health laws and the general expectations of the patient, who happens to still be sick almost fifteen months and counting.
