I took a calcium score test for $200. I suggest everyone do it if you're after 40. My aortic root measured bigger than it should and I found out I had a bicuspid valve with a little regurgitation. Dr Belli came highly recommended and I could not be more happy with my experience. Getting open heart surgery is definitely no ride at Disney world, but if you have to trust your life in somebody's hands then I would use Dr Belli. He fixes issues from other procedures that have not been done correctly, so why not get it done correctly from the start? He works with the on-x valve and that allows the lowest INR number on the market. His bedside manner is amazing and he's so thorough explaining to you a course of action. Five stars is really not enough to give.

Very sad to hear Dr. Belli is relocating from Tampa to Jacksonville he saved my life had two pulmonary artery aneurysms came out in very good shape. Overall Dr. Belli is an exceptional doctor and he will be extremely missed at Tampa General.

I am 6 months post surgery and feeling great and I’m back to pre surgery strength in the gym. His staff is also excellent. He is intelligent, articulate, has a positive attitude, and, most importantly, a great surgeon!

Doctor Belli is the best you can get! I completed a ton of research to pick the best surgeon to replace my aorta and valve. Dr. Belli is a exceptional heart doctor he helped me in removing a 6 cm Pulmonary aneurysm in my pulmonary artery trunk he explained everything in detail went over numerous ways of how to fix the aneurysms by cutting it out and placing a synthetic graft in its place within nine days I was walking and doing extremely well, I will be forever grateful thank you Dr. Belli and staff!!

Found out that I required triple heart bypass surgery as a young 45 yr old and was nervous at the shocking news. Dr. Belli was very attentive, professional, and detailed in his approach to my surgery! Could not have found a better surgeon than Dr. Belli! I would refer him to anyone!!
