Placed an order 3 weeks ago and I still haven’t received any shipping notifications or updates.

Called around 6 times to refill meds, left messages and I have emailed. Still nothing and I’m about to be out of medication.

I’ve been waiting 2 months for an appointment or a physician to call me back.A Customer service representatives was very rude when I inquired about appointment and hung up on me. Communication is terrible

I spoke with Suzy for the first time today in a scheduled consult. In my 3 years with Florida Alternative I have to say she was the most informative and knowledgeable of all my experiences prior. Let me be clear I have never had a bad experience I am just saying after my consult with her today, I now only want to deal with her. It was absolute educational clarity as well a privilege. I been dealing with them for 2 years now. It started off great. You call they answer. Then over time you call and have to leave a message. No one ever call back. I call multiple times left multiple messages. You guess it no call back. I then call and press 2 for a different location and usually get someone. Then it was a long wait to speak to someone regarding your blood work. Every time I do get someone I get excuses why it took so long to get some one on phone. Then it became a month out for appt to speak to nurse regarding your meds. But only thing I say is if you need refill they still send it to you while waiting to speak to nurse. Well my recent issues. I called got voice mail. They finally called back. My appt for nurse it almost 1 1/2 months out. SHOCKER. But they allowed me to place my order. Now I live in Fl and the pharmacy they uses IS APPOX 35-40 MINS from my location in Fl. I placed order on 3/6. I called today3/15 to find out what happen to my order. I'm told because of the storms the pharmacy is delayed in shipping. They state it will ship next week. So now its going on three weeks without my order. What should I do from now on? Do I get my order then call back and start my new order so it gets here before I run out. Do I just find a new place to order from? I'm not sure of the response I'll get back from this review but I'm sure its not going to change anything. Has anyone have same issues?

I am in Ohio and I deal with them. Sometimes it takes around ten days to get the pharmacy to ship, but when they do it comes QUICKLY. Like 2 days from Florida to Ohio. The staff at Florida Alternative Meds is courteous and prompt in answering questions. I wish my PCP was as good about answering questions

These guys are the best!!! I am a dentist and I had a pre-cancerous lesion on my lip for three months that I was going to have to have cut out. Not looking forward to that!! Susanna put me on glutathione, the mother of all antioxidants, and the lesion was gone in 9 days!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!! Thanks so much, Dr. C

Just spoke with Rose Marie (“Officer Manager”) inquiring about the status of my order. Of course, she gives the regular scripted answer condescendingly. This will definitely be my last time with them!!! UPDATE: Rose Marie professionally corrected the situation and I must give her praise and thank her. Therefore, I changing my rating to from a 2 to a 5.

Suzy is one of the Nurse Practitioners at Florida Alternative Medicine. She is wonderful to work with and really goes into great detail explaining what medicines are right for you. She goes above and beyond to ensure the package is suited to your particular needs and lifestyle. Would recommend.

I have been a customer for a couple of years. They started off good, but then went downhill. On 3 different occasions my testosterone ran out before my reorder time. The first time was my fault, I drew blood into the syringe during aspiration, so I threw a couple of filled syringes out due to that. I then changed from injecting my quads to my delts so I wouldn’t have to aspirate and have had no problems. I am meticulous with my measuring so I should not run out. Plus I only needed to get testosterone on this order because I am overloaded on syringes and my AI, they said they can’t sell it a la cart, they could take the syringes off but I would still have to pay full price. If you’re looking for an online TRT clinic I would look elsewhere if I were you. As you can see from the owners response to many of the complaints on this review page, it’s everyone else’s fault, they don’t take responsibility for anything. I pay Florida alternative medicine for my supplies, not Brookville RX, it’s your responsibility to handle issues with our meds on our behalf, that’s what you are being paid for!
