I am blessed to be going here. Everyone the check in staff the staff in radiation and the chemo staff every single one of them are so so nice sweet and wonderful. I love them all. ❤️🤗

Worst customer service ever My dad goes here for treatment. Doctor say one thing staff does something completely different. Called to confirm appointment and was out on hold for more than 30 minutes and had to hang up because no one was coming back to the line. Staff don’t follow instructions on patient’s chart. Very disappointed with services in this place. Seriously thinking of moving my dad to another place

I have copay assistance but I was told that my claims arent being coded correctly which means they are not being paid. I have went back and forth with your finance department in the past with no clarity or closure. Ive also spoken with a Jennifer and got nowhere However it is very strange that in July and August of 2020 they claims were submitted correctly and paid by my copay program. I never got a clear answer why those 2 were submitted correctly and paid but none of the others as if the whole issue has been swept under the rug. Im so frustrated and as much as I enjoy the patience kindness and gentleness of the nurses I need to move on.

if i could give this place 0 stars i would i arrive to my appointment on time .. have to wait at least 10 mins to get checked in .. after getting blood drawn i’m waiting another 5 mins to get seated after being seated i wait at least 30 mins to get a word from someone about starting my medication STILL no one has started my IV or put in a order to receive my medication ... hate this placeso update i’ve been here since 945AM and i still haven’t received my medication... btw it’s 1107AM

Nurses and office staff are awesome but Dr Shah and Mary Kate are horrible and could care less about patients. They do not listen and think all cases are the same. Dr shahs decision that after having a whipple procedure I no longer needed hydrated intravenously landed me in the er due to passing out on 2 occasions in 1 month. The last occasion was at my Opthamologist appointment in front of a full office. I have been getting hydrated 3xweek with no problems since because another Dr decided I do need IV hydration. Again they Shah and Mary Kate do not care

Starting my first infusion treatment today and I am impressed with how organized they are here. There is very good attention to preventing COVID19 spread. There are clean pens at each station and chairs are wiped down between patients in the lab. The lab tech was exceptional as was the nurse who started my IV. She has been excellent on her explanation of my treatment and expectations of after care. This is the first of six. I am in a very comfortable chair with a warm blanket. Ill up date as time goes on.
