Great Eye Center and Dr. Pusateri is the best! Wait times are generally reasonable and the eye exams are very thorough with time being taken to answer any of my questions

Phone lines are complete and utter trash. Impossible to simply call and get an appointment, and I'm an existing patient. They have numerous numbers: (813) 602-7336, +1 813-972-4444, +1 813-284-2323, and all don't work.

I have a pro-op cataract appointment on May 5, 2022. Haven't been there recently since I moved to Pasco County. I started going to this facility when Dr. Raymond Seaver opened it. Would still be going there if Dr. Seaver were still alive. I miss him. My Mom worked with him in surgery when University Community Hospital first opened. I know it has a different name now, but I still call it UCH. Dr. Pusateri, my opthomologist, referred me to this office. If it is still friendly and run as when Dr. Seaver was there, I am looking forward to my visit.

My second year at FL eye clinic and they have given more information than any other eye physician has, and it has saved me from stress and pain I was seen for a revisit for an injury on my eye and luckily my Dr took abetted look at my eyes and found another issue I wouldn't even have known about luckily this find will help fix it but still the staff here is wonderful!

On November 10, 2021, the office manager informed me that not everyone in the office is vaccinated from COVID-19. This is irresponsible for a health care provider. I cancelled my appointment.

Recommendation - Cataract Doctor - Florida Medical Opthalmology - Dr. Cortelli Long story, but went to one cataract facility, did all the tests. They rescheduled me for months later for the operation. I was talking with my friend who recommended Dr. Cortelli. Called and managed to get an appointment for the next day after I explained my situation to Theresa. I got to the office and went in immediately. Went from test to test and then to Dr. Cortelli. More tests than I had in the past. Dr. Cortelli took lots of time to explain that my vision would not be improved much even if I got the toric lenses because of a different problem in my one eye (nothing that needed fixing). All I needed was a new pair of glasses! I cannot express how wonderful Florida Medical's staff was from Julie at the desk, to the technician who did the tests, to Theresa to Dr. Cortelli. If I hadn't gone there, it would have cost me thousands of dollars for toric lenses that would not have helped!

I have been a patient of Florida Eye Center for more than 38 years. When I first started going here, I was seen by the founders Dr. Severs and Dr. Ramsey. I'm currently seeing Dr. Pusaterri, who is like his predecessors caring, courtesy, friendly professional and takes the time to explain and answer questions. The staff is always professional and friendly, they go above and beyond to take care of their customers. In thirty-years, I have never had a bad experience. I would recommend Florida Eye Center to anyone!

Friendly customer service, they answer the phone in person, they made appointment the next day, prompt checkin, less than 5 minute wait. The assistant provided full explanations, and Dr. Leonard Cortelli was personable and friendly, asking questions of me, to help him understand situation. He explained everything in laymans terms and was quickly able to examine and determine situation.

Outstanding eye care! Dr. Pusaterri sees children and adults, treats our entire family, above and beyond care! The best eye care anyone could get! So grateful! Amazing Optical Center, Toby is outstanding!
