After doing intensive research, I decided to take the trip to Tampa to see Dr. Kwitko. It was so worth it! I’m beyond impressed with his work! 🙌🏼 I can see much better, and the pressure of holding up my eyes has improved. During my car accident, my face was hit twice on the wheel, which caused drooping, especially around my eyes. I didn’t realize how much it was exhausting my eyes and making me feel fatigued—crazy! Now I finally feel like I’m back to where I was before the accident. Thank you, Doc!!

Although this review may be long overdue, I feel it’s important to share my experience to help other patients make informed decisions. My last visit with Dr. Kwitko was ultimately the turning point for me. During my exam, I expressed concerns about a condition that, if left untreated, could significantly impact my vision and overall well-being. I sought his guidance on managing it, only to be met with a dismissive attitude. Rather than providing a clear explanation or professional recommendation, he simply asked me whether I wanted to continue my medication. Which is something I believe is his ultimate responsibility as a physician and should not be left up to me to determine whether or not I need to continue the medication. To make matters worse, he spent the majority of my very brief five-minute appointment explaining my condition to a student shadowing him. I have no issue with the student shadowing him being there but I am upset he directed more attention to the student than to me. It almost feels as though I was an afterthought during my own exam. I walked away from that appointment feeling disrespected, dismissed, and with no reassurance about my condition or how to manage it moving forward. If I were a new patient considering Dr. Kwitko, I would strongly recommend seeking care elsewhere.

It’s been one year since my surgery. I waited to write this review until I had fully recovered and could truly appreciate the results. I traveled from Miami to Tampa for my procedure with Dr. Kwitko because, after years of research, I couldn’t find anyone with his level of expertise in ocular procedures. While my primary concern was aesthetic, I wanted to be in the hands of a true specialist. Dr. Kwitko is not the type to hold your hand, but if you’re looking for an expert, look no further. Now that I’m completely healed, my eyelids look absolutely natural—like nothing ever happened. His office runs like a well-oiled machine. Tampa Bay Surgery Center (the facility where my surgery took place) was truly five-star. The entire experience was nothing short of exceptional—five shining stars and two beautiful eyes!

I don’t usually write a review but today I felt like a review was necessary for Dr. Kwitko and his staff. The staff are all very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. From the minute I walked in the door until the time I left, all the girls were amazing. I arrived 20 minutes ahead of my appointment. I was seen immediately. Dr. Kwitko doesn’t mess around. He answers questions, keeps a timely calendar, and does a thorough exam. I would recommend Dr. Kwitko to all my family and friends.

I am related to a former patient of Dr. Kwitko. After seeing her beautiful results, a few years later and at 62 years of age, I decided to have my surgery done also. I decided to still follow through with making myself aware of Dr. Kwitko’s experience and expertise and I knew moving forward, I was in good hands! Believe me, this is a surgery you don’t want to trust just anyone with! Your eyes are precious and they are a gift and they should not be entrusted in the hands of just anyone! This is, by far, Dr. Kwitko’s calling in life! He does exceptional, beautiful work! He helps you see better, helps you look better, and helps you feel better about yourself! If you do exactly what he tells you, you will have beautiful results! I cannot recommend him enough! I was actually disappointed at my one month follow up and release because that meant I didn’t get to see him anymore. He is so kind and puts you at ease with any concerns you may have! If you’re on the fence, nervous, or afraid to move forward with surgery, let me encourage you to do so! I can assure you, you are in wonderful hands! Dr. Geoffrey M. Kwitko performed my eyelid surgery last month and the results were outstanding. I feel like I can actually open my eyes now! Dr. Kwitko runs a first class operation. So thankful for Dr. Kwitko. First of all, he runs a very sharp and productive business. Every one who works for him works hard and is very professional. Scheduling is extremely proficient. Surgery for me was so slick. In and out - boom boom boom. Healed exactly as communicated. I was just so pleased. I fully and completely recommend.

My experience in having reconstructive surgery on my eyelids for better peripheral vision was amazing. Thanks you Dr. Michael Levitt for the referral. The surgery on both eyes went smoothly, the surgery center was filled with great professionals who put my mind at ease and the results have mattered. I’m super pleased. Update #2: He changed his response yet again, but still embellishing... He also, apparently, can't read. As previously stated, he was NOT the only one who recognized the issue, the doctor BEFORE him suspected I had a stroke and told me to immediately start taking my blood thinner again (Blood thinner IS the STROKE PREVENTION medication) and then referred me to Dr. Kwitco, which seems like normal protocol. Dr. Kwitco simply confirmed the OTHER doctor's suspicion and wrote a script for tests at the hospital.

Awesome experience. Office is run very efficiently with short wait times. Surgery was impeccable and results stunning. Definitely worth a visit for a consultation.
