Dr. Castellvi was very good at explaining my hernia. Gave me the information I needed to make a decision about having surgery. After agreeing to surgery, he met with me briefly before surgery. The actual procedure went well and the follow-up appt. was great. My primary care doctor, Dr. Reubin Valdes, recommended him. My only complaint is I had to wait for 2 hours in the waiting room. 2 years later, I saw Dr. Castellvi again for a second hernia surgery. Same as last time, he did a great job. He's a very competent surgeon but he & staff should not make patients wait for 2 hours with an appt. Would I recommend him? Absolutely.

Wonderful gift as a DR. And a person..focused on each patient needs , his surgeries are so detailed small barely see them..most of all his personality makes you very comfortable...God keep Blessing and using you DR.

He is a wonderful, caring Doctor. He is very honest and does very well at explaining what is going on/ what is going to happen in the surgery. He has shown so much compassion and kindness to me and I would 100% recommend him. He truly does care and on top of that he executed my operation extremely well.
