Been going to optometrist K Smith for almost 25 years He s moved around quite a bit & I have followed him On 1 occasion He found I had cataracts On another he saved my eyesight that had a chemical burn Friendly staff on phone & in office 5 stars 🌟 across the board

The staff is caring and diligent in helping clients. My mother is a client and she was treated so well. They are very accommodating and knowledgeable.

I never had any issues with this facility until they moved completely to the Tampa location. Staff waited until they were close to closing the day before the morning of my appointment to tell me I didn’t have insurance benefits, which was false. Same info I’ve always used with them. The receptionist not only waited until the last minute to address this but then expected me to drop everything to attend to the matter due to their own negligence. I emailed them and left them voicemails with the info that proved I was in network with the doctor and had benefits but I’ve received radio silence. Needless to say I never had the appointment and still haven’t heard from anyone. Time to find another provider.

The team at Infinity Eye Care is always so helpful, efficient, and upbeat! My family and I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Smith and his staff. Highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for a knowledgeable, friendly eye care establishment.

I have been going to Dr. Smith at Infinity Eye Care for years. He moved an office so the one near Fletcher is great for me! I have had a problem with my eyes and I am a big baby when I don’t feel good. Dr. Smith went out of his way to see me promptly and after a thorough exam was able to find my problem and solve the issue for me. He employs a woman named Debra who has been with him for as long as I have gone to him. She is knows her business and has always been terrific in helping me find exactly the right glasses for my style. Her bubbly attitude always makes seeing the doctor a friendly experience. I sent my son and my granddaughter to Infinity and they too were happy with the great care they have gotten. Thank you Dr. Smith and Ms. Debra! Please don’t ever retire!!!! Vera

This place is amazing, my hubby recommended it when I moved and I've been a patient for 3 years now. Dr and staff are great!

After visiting the Infinity Eye Care Center located in Tampa, as a first time patient, I am able to say that I will not be using them again for my eye care needs. While, I do think that Dr. Smith provided great service and answered all of my questions, I cannot say the same about his front desk staff. In person at the office and over the phone, I received very poor customer service from Barbara. After my first appointment I was told I would be called back in 5-7 days to come and pick up my sample contacts. After I waited over 2 weeks I called them and was told my sample was ready and that they didn’t call because they were short-staffed. This seems like a sorry excuse considering when I walked into the office today to try on my sample contacts, they asked me why I hadn’t done so already. This particular center forces you to attend 3 separate appointments in order to ensure that your contacts are a good fit. While, it seems they do this in good faith it is actually so they can charge you a $50 fee that cannot be covered by insurance. As a new patient you have no choice but to go to these appointments and pay this fee, if you want to receive your prescription. Very disappointing service, next time I will attend a better rated and more reliable center.

I have been going to Infinity for a few years and my husband goes also. We have had great experience with the eye doctor and staff. All of them are so kind and Dr Smith takes his time with you, explains things, and shares experiences. Highly recommend.
