Being my first time getting an infusion I was simply terrified with the unknown. But I must say from the moment I arrived until the moment I left 4 hours later I was made to feel at home everything was explained in detail and I was made to feel like the most important patient in the facility. Kudos to Jean for being Nurse Practitioner extraordinaire he was amazing knowledgeable and so kind

Been receiving infusions here for 9 months and really like the atmosphere as its modern and you have your own private space with black leather recliners big screen tvs plus there very good at starting ivs never had a problem there

All staff are professional and kind. They are very compassionate and motivated to make your experience positive. The building and individual pod like rooms look like you are going to a high end spa. Overall a great experience Thank you

IVX Health in Causeway Blvd is one of the most professional place I have ever seen for Infusion. The people are courteous they care for their patients.The place is very very clean. Every patient has their won room for infusion I felt like i was in my bedroom with all the comforts of snack beverages pillows blankets TV and Wifi. The NP Miss Laura was very efficient kind and courteous. The Director Mr. Jake was very professional and efficient. He personally helped me with all the paperwork. Great place. Love it will not go any other place for my infusion. Thank you IVX Health.

Enjoyed private room. Only wondered how patients were being monitored during infusion in case patient should have reaction to medication.Facility new clean and well equipped with latest tin echnology and trends.
