Jaime Perez's Online Review Report Card

The services that I receive from Dr. Perez and the medical and administrative staff was excellent. Dr. Perez very understanding and listens to your concerns. He takes time with the patient to help them with their health issues. The entire staff is friendly, supportive and knowledgeable; they all ensured that I was properly informed about my healthcare. They all ensured I had a smooth prep, surgery, and follow-up. All of the staff was great; they were helpful, patient and helped with my insurance. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. I would have no qualms in recommending the Plastic Surgery Center of Tampa. Highly recommended!

Dr. Perez is rude and unprofessional. I wanted some work on my nose and he kept saying “it’s not that bad”. He looks like a 60 something year old haggard woman in my opinion and he’s not much to look at either. He’s from Venezuela and he obviously hasn’t kept up with current techniques. He primarily does boobs and tummy tucks. I would not let him touch your face. If you want to see an example of bad plastic surgery, look at the blonde woman who works in his office. She has horrible extensions which she digs at consistently. Her voice is like a Muppet and her lips look hard, like cement like if she fell over, she would break her face. Anyway, I don’t know the girl but you could buy any of that at Walmart. She was so plastic and fake and overfilled.

I have no words to tell all how happy I am with my results! Dr. Jaime Perez is an artist, he has done 2 procedures, BBL and tummy tuck! Never in my life I could imagine how amazing my body looks! His office staff is amazing, his NP Natasha is extremely professional, the office is so neat, the nurses and Dr. Ali (anesthesiologist) are all amazing! Thanks Dr. Perez for make me so happy! Update: Dr. Perez got in contact with me and resolved the problem and I ended up booking an appointment and can't wait for my upcoming surgery! Thank you Dr. Perez! I was recommended to check out this office. I reached out did everything they asked me to do, scheduled a virtual consultation, was given the time and date of when to expect the call. They never called me, I called them an hour after the expected time to be told "the Dr. is finishing up now and will give you a call within the next 20-30 minutes." Still never received a call, not even an email apologizing for missing the appointment, or trying to reschedule. Extremely unprofessional and just disappointing. If i "no showed" to an appointment, I'd be charged a fee so why is this okay for them to do?

I got a BBL last year, loving my results immensely! Now I schedule a tummy tuck and I am expecting the same great results. Staff is friendly, his Nurse Practitioners are amazing and friendly!

I booked a virtual consultation last week , took time off from work thet said they will call me between 10-12 and they never did . I guess they don't want my business, right there is a no no . Not a reliable clinic Thx for wasting my time

This review is extremely late but I was speaking with a friend about something horrible that happened to me a long time ago and it inspired me to look him up to see if he was still practicing. Where do I even begin? When I first met Dr. Perez, I was 17 years old. I was in a horrible work place accident where all 4 of my fingers were ripped off by a machine. This happened at a job in Clearwater and apparently Dr. Perez was the one surgeon skilled enough to work on me. 45 min ambulance ride later and there I was at Tampa General. Dr. Perez’s bedside manner is impeccable. My surgery was 6-8 hours long and he took the time to come out to my family to update them, my family told me that even he seemed to be emotionally affected by what he saw, and how it was one of the worst things he’d ever seen. My surgery would even require skin grafts on my hand. The next morning he checked on me and it was as if he really truly cared. He tried to do as minimal as possible so that I didn’t lose any more function and didn’t want to give me any more scars then necessary since I was a young girl. The extent of the damage was so severe, it required many many follow up appts, and it sounds silly to say, but I looked forward to them, because it was so nice to be treated by a doctor who clearly cares. It’s been 13 years since my accident and I still think about Dr. Perez all the time. While my fingers weren’t able to be reattached, I still have full function of my dominant hand. I went on to also become a nurse too. So with that being said, I’ve had a lot of experience with healthcare professionals and no one has come close to the bedside manner Dr. Perez provides, and if you’re on the fence about looking for a surgeon, I literally cannot recommend this man any higher.
