first rheumatology appointment, spent most of the time with her fellow. She clearly didn't care. Her response to my concerns were"but you look good". People with invisible, chronic illnesses expect that type of response with people who are unaware. A specialist should listen, a first appointment should be thorough. Questions should be answered. The visit was rushed. Her staff didn't even follow up to set up next appointment. Her presentation was poor as a physician, should probably retire or just teach.

I have been seeing Dr. V for the past two years as I have a rare auto immune disorder. She is most knowledgeable and very compassionate. Dr. V and her staff take time with each person and make sure that all of my questions are answers. I have full confidence and trust in her and highly recommend Dr. V.
