Dr Tourtelot has been my physician since I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer. I can’t say enough kind words about him. He’s both very caring kind and knowledgeable. He explains everything in detail and takes as much time as needed explaining and listening. I highly recommend him and his PA.

Dr. Tourtelot along with Nurse Kelly Levine and the entire support staff at Moffitt Cancer Center have been amazing. I have always felt informed supported and cared for with a high level of professionalism. I have lived through having cancer and have become a more aware and overall better human being because of this diagnosis and I need to thank all persons involved for not only their medical expertise but for their positive energy which helped foster a whole new outlook on life.

Been going through six years of complicated follicular Hurthle Cell thyroid cancer and Dr Tourtelot has been the only doctor with the knowledge and direction I have needed to sustain a lifestyle necessary to go on even with several major obstacles caused by other doctors who have taken my cancer in the wrong direction or even misdiagnose my cancer.

Dr. Tourtelot has done a wonderful job as my endocrinologist. Hes attentive available so much so that he gives out his cell to patients and informative. He cares about how youre doing emotionally not just physically. He always remembers to ask about my family. Hes cautious with his patients and makes sure they are safe. When numbers start to go up he order labs andor imaging. I cant say its great having cancer but I can say that Ive never felt more comfortable as a patient than I do with him.

Dr Tourtelot saved my live he was in the Navy and I was Army. He has always been my Endo Dr. I have never had to fight to see him. Today I am very sadden to say his staff does not care about who I am how I know him or that he Diagnosed me himself. They will not let me make and Appt. They will not let me speak with my Dear Friend and Dr. It is truly sad. God Bless you Dr Tourtelot. I am so so sorry I have tried to see you but your staff said no way. There is nothing I can do about.

Worst front desk experience of my life. Useless condescending rude. I called to make an appt. and was told to figure out which labs I need with a Prim. Dr before he will see you. I said I wouldnt be calling if I knew what I needed. Guidance from him? My primary care wasnt helping. I feel horrible Moffit Drs do not see anyone until they do the labs and I am not a nurse but probably need an ultrasound as well. He is booked until summer so you have timeI understand policynot the point

Hands down one of the best Drs I have been to. He is very thorough and caring of his patients. He asks questions and makes sure he has a full understanding of your medical issues. He goes above and beyond to figure out the best treatment for his patients.
